It's now been six weeks since I first contacted Privy support with an issue with their app: the integration with the email platform I use (MailerLite) doesn't work, meaning email addresses are not synced across when someone subscribes via a pop-up. This is pretty basic functionality for a pop-up app, but fixing it doesn't seem to be a priority.

I believe its gonna rake me in more sales! easy to use and fantastic to implement. A go to app for more profits!

I have set up and launched my first campaign but it is not showing up on product page / URL. I will keep trying, but can someone check this out for me? Otherwise - Easy to set up.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS. $120 A MONTH FOR ME. based on page views of 100k a month, only got 10+ view on a pop up and 100 sign ups...

I used the app for setting up a discount code. It was definitely helpful in tracking new customers and providing new discount codes.

I used this app to persuade customers to provide me their email. It actually works and although I still haven't launched the store I tested it on myself and it works great.

I haven't used all facets of the app just yet, however the tools within this app are very good. I'm giving this 4 stars only because of the pricing for the emails. Other than that this would be 5 stars

I spent the time designing a satisfactory email, when complete I was prompt to upgrade to a monthly subscription before it could be sent. I did. Then after paying, designing the email content, the email campaign was delivered to just one of my subscribers. I emailed their provided contact email with no response in return. Save your money and switch to the Shopify email marketing app. You get the same options with reporting and it gets delivered to all subscribers.

Great app, easy to set up and use; has many nice features such as deactivated campaigns that you can reuse when the time is right. Definitely recommended!
