Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

Buyer Beware, Privy is a very hokey email platform. #1. Privy will not clean your list or remove bounces or unsubscribes . #2. They won't tell you any of the names that bounce, you have to manually copy each bounce you get from the IPS and remove each nam manually . #3 Our emails literally showed up in our customer's inbox in GREEK because their system fonts are not universally accepted. To top it off extremely poor tech support. These guys are not ready for prime time by any stretch of the imagination.

Pretty intuitive. Newsletter drag and drop could be improved slightly. Overall, worth the cost and seems to be working.

found it confusing to set up jus wanting a simple app to get customers to sign up and this one took ages and I couldnt seem to preview without goint to my site and gave up in the end

So easy to use. Took me 5 min to set up pop up sign up, auto response, email promo code, and email thank response. Totally AUTOMATIC. Set it and forget it! SIMPLY AMAZING!

Great app so far! It has many possibilities, like A/B testing and spin the wheel, pop-up exit. Really easy app to use!

So far so good! I wish the text editor didn't default to 16 point Text in a different font when you delete a block of text you're replacing, but other than that it's been fairly good so far. I wish the Klaviyo integration was a little tighter as well (more options) but that's probably on Klaviyo's side.

Very nice apps!My intentions for the app were met. Once you get a good understanding on what doesn't annoy your customers and actually helps their purchasing decision the app is successful with conversions.
