I was using another exit intent and pop-up app (which was very confusing to me and I did not feel comfortable with it) - hence the switch to Privy. So far so good.

I'd used it and its pretty useful and easy to use. Data is easy to export and they are not pushy with paid programs

This app helps me to capture more leads AND make more sales with the coupon feature. It integrates seamlessly with my ActiveCampaign email via API Integration. Super helpful staff here at Privy too.

While the design interface is great, Privy will not sync my existing Shopify contacts into the dashboard contacts list. This has to be done manually via a CSV file. So if you are gathering contacts without a Privy approved app directly into your Shopify Customer list, even though they "accept email marketing," then you will have to do constant manual updates to keep the lists synced. For example, if you are using an email signup form that is already integrated into your Shopify theme, Privy will not recognize these contacts and force you to do a manual import. So if you are happy using only what Privy gives you, then you are fine. If you want to use what is already integrated into your theme, then be aware Privy will not accept these contacts.

Easy to use and works great. I highly recommend you install this app, especially if you have a Shopify website.

its been about two minutes but so far it seems good. I wish they had a few more plugins and variety but for a popup generator its been fine
