Great minus one small feature they do not have which I found quite big for my business. The email that is sent out once someone signs up for newsletter/ campaign comes from an @privy email instead of your own so if people decide to respond or ask a question it would not go to you.

Pop up exit offer shows up at wrong time. Supposed to be at exit intent. Overriding my email sign up box while customers are still shopping. Disabled the exit offer pop up until I find a fix for this problem. App not easy to manipulate. Customer service responds within 48 hours.

Haven't tried it yet. Seems like you have to write a review to be able to launch a campaign?

Nice but could have more capabilities. Don't like how it says redeemed but all people who signed up look like they have not redeemed, it is a bit confusing.

Good, but to many features behind a paywall. I would recommend a product that gives a great set of basic features, with the option of more features for a paid version. However, very little can be done with the free version. Very few emails can be sent with the free version, you can create your templates and layouts, but cannot really create different email messages. To have tiered email messages requires the paid version, which is one main feature I wanted. If you can afford the paid version, it's a good value.

Maybe it's just me, but i don't find this app very user friendly (unless having the paid version?) I set up a campaign, but when a customer signs up, no email with the discount code is delivered to them... Otherwise I like it.

It's a bit early for an accurate review as I just installed the app. Perhaps having the review pop up later would be better. Right now, I am still learning about the app and how it will interact with my Shopify store.

they ask for a review before I get to know the app. I think this will be good until I get to know the app a bit better

Very easy to use but lacks the ability for the user to turn off sign up tab and does not remove it from user view after sign up. This might be on the paid version but it is not on the free version.

Have not used enough to review, but the pop-up asking me to review is extremely annoying.
