Very easy to navigate. I was able to do everything from newsletter pop, email templates and more. Definitely a great app for beginners.

Good customer service whenever I find an issue. I'd like the ability to pull unsubscriber reports by campaign and DNS verification is a bit clumsy. Drag and drop templates are pretty user friendly if you're patient.

I really like the variety of pop-up designs that this app offers that I can't necessarily get anywhere else. They have every tool for email collection that I want. And the A/B testing is incredibly valuable. I would otherwise have to create two separate pop-ups and test them one at a time if I were using any other app. My only critiques are that the Help Chat box is inconveniently placed in the left bottom corner of the screen, so when I'm in the design area, it gets in the way of the section I'm trying to edit. It would also be nice if the different elements like text automatically aligned themselves within the design like Canva does for example. Currently I have manually try to align them.

i downloaded the app to provide pop up content.im still learning how to use it but i love the features that i have used so far.

From the day I signed up for this, I was inundated with sales calls and emails. Sure, it made a nice looking form, but it was not worth the hassle - especially when it's going to charge 20 a month and I got one signup in that time.

So the app promises 5000 free page views, that is not true. I ran one pop up campaign and got 382 views and was told I needed to upgrade for $70. I like the app, I do not like misleading business practices.

I have been using Privy for over 3 years now for my marketing pop ups that I can customize in any way from shipping Bars to email capture with exit intent. But what surprised me the most about Privy was their customer service. Recently Privy reached out to me asking if my business would be interested in being listed under Privy's new program called Shopsmallecomm created in response to small businesses affected by Covid-19. Its Awesome!!! my email list is growing fast! I played around with other pop/ email list services but the one is the best so far! Cant wait to grow my list some more and learn more!

I love this app. Since installing it on my first business site, I've received over 300 signups. The fact that it's free and you can customize your email is a definite bonus. Great product.
