I am doing the survey as it is part of set up. I will update after I have used the app for a bit. Setup was relatively easy. Watching the Youtube tutorial the app suggested was helpful. They are short. about 8 minutes a piece.

its not that simple to use. Mailchimp was more userfriendly. I want to change my popup message and it won't let me. Why should i delete my review

I want it to be free and once it generates me sales then I pay for it, Maybe $10 per month or something like that

The app is still not catching all email sign-ups and having to do repeated imports to keep contacts in the app up to date. people signing up because of this are not all getting the discount code emailed to them which is a problem.

Good app so far but kind of sneaky. You do get some nice features for the free plan and the Privy logo is barely noticeable. However, I've just spent nearly an hour learning how to create my first abandon cart email campaign, even sent myself multiple test emails, only to click "enable" and have a pop up tell me that I need to upgrade first. I AM considering upgrading to the $10/month plan but am not ready to do so at this point, therefore, I—and other store owners—do not need to be wasting time on these things. Seriously, tactics like that only irritate people. They need to make it more obvious what you can and can't do with your current plan. Other than that I've been happy with the basic free features of this app.

Have been using the free pop up and it's really good. Just started using abandoned cart emails , nothing to say about it yet. Therefore neautral review. And STOP asking to review your app every time I log in. It's annoying and as I can see you are getting a lot of less than positive reviews because of it. I will update my review later when I see how everything works.

very handy in usage, maybe a tutorial or two would help. Now it's basically telling you, make a campaign, but doesn't really show how. Also, pop-up function doesn't seem to work?

a little frustating, need a bit of hand holding as chrome has issues and even the login process i causing issues
