After losing Mailchimp we decided to try Privy for our weekly newsletter. Over all there is a learning curve, but we are hanging in there. One problem we have is getting the privy dashboard to load. It is hit and miss. Not sure why this is happening but we are going to keep using it and see how that goes. I think once we compose a few letters we will have a better feel on what we are doing and it will be fine.
You asked me for a review before iv really used the app... maybe slow down a little :P Seems to be quite easy to use so far.
It's very easy to install and has helped greatly in gaining sales through email capture and sending. loved it awsome app
Helped us having a great pop up on our home page. Good results. Easy to use and plug-in. recommended!
I currently use this app to capture persons' email addresses to keep in touch with them by updating them about what is happening on the store by of offers, new products, etc... It works just fine for me.

I like the app but it would be better if you didn't need to know coding to fix the emails and popups.
You need to pay to do newsletters, which isn't really clear from the get go, but so far it seems pretty good.

It is a little bit complicated but I am definitely working out the application. Hopefully, this will increase my conversions.

Privy has been quite useful in automating certain tasks, especially for new subscribers, sending discount codes etc.

Pretty good app. However I wish that it had the option to only show the popup discounts to new users. Instead of prompting repeated customers as well.
So far so good and does the job for our new customer sign ups, which have increased due to it. Look forward to exploring more features
Still learning, but so far, so good! There Is a lot you can do with this, and i cant wait to learn all the ins and outs of the app!!
I think that the Privy app is a good addition to my store. The checkout counter pop-up will bring return customers.
Great, except for the annoying request for a review. I hope this puts an end to it. Oh, and the 100 character minimum too.

I really like this app - but I don't understand the reporting, it's so basic! Much prefer MailChimp reports.

Love the popups, still figuring out the emails. All in all it's a handy little app and the help menu is very helpful.

So far so good. I've used the app to capture customer emails by offering a new customer discount pop up and exit pop up. I'm only a couple weeks in so can't give it 5 stars for now.
