I use this app a lot but it is not mobile friendly at all. Pages cover links and it’s almost impossible to use on mobile device which is where I do a lot of my work.

I enjoy the ease in which Privy helps me keep an eye on my email subscribers. The ability to see everything in one place is a great asset, as is being alerted via email when someone subscribes.

I used privy and overall it isn't bad. The free version isn't great. Would love to be able to email customers their discount code after they sign up to the mailing list... Wish I knew that before testing it out. Also, the emails added to privy are not linking to shopify. Maybe the paid version is better but I thought I would give it a test run before I purchased. Not super impressed with the trial so far.

We haven't had the app very long, but so far seems to be working well. As long as nothing crazy happens with it, we will keep it.

i used this app to do my pop up discount code and it worked perfectly fine. i recommend privy it is very good

Doesn't work. The features they make you pay for are buggy and work unreliably. The free version ropes you in, and then the actual useful features you have to pay for and then when you do they don't work. We tested it and tried it every different way we could think of, their support was useless and unhelpful and they still continue to refund us for this faulty purchase.

I used this app to do a sign up campaign supper easy to use and so far i really like it.. Still trying to learn all the other things i can do with this.

I have used this app for pop ups on my website, easy to use. I recommend it. The dashboard takes getting used to.

I got this app to hopefully retain customers and get more sales. It seems pretty easy to set up but I am still figuring things out. Will be back once it's been put to use! I am hopeful that it will work!!

All in all this is a great app, but the pricing model is absolutely bonkers. $5 additional for every 1000 mailable contacts means you are paying an extra $500 a month just for having 100,000 contacts sitting there even if you're not actively communicating with them...

I have found Privy get so far for all the requirements that I have had. It has helped me to create a mailing list with a pop up, and then create sleek newsletters to send to subscribers. It is a reasonable cost per month for our size of business and we have had no issues using any aspect of it. Looking forward to using it more and seeing what else it can do for us. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Privy is super easy to design something custom! I love all of the automatic features and the little details like the confetti at the end. Love it!
