The monthly fee seems a little high but overall - happy with performance. Feel like some of the automation features/presets could be more robust.

I used the app to help with signups for our newsletter. It was great. I would have liked to be able to add a photo in the middle of the popup box and its really frustrating that you don't have INSTAGRAM on the social media buttons. Why Not!!!!! But overall good to use, easy and gives a great finish. Love that you can have your pop up in the corner rather than taking over the page which most people find annoying.

The great good add-on works well with my site I am new to this so still getting used to it but as it stands it a good program. I am getting used to the program as I am new to all this so is a little tricky but the features are really good and I'm enjoying it so far.

Great app. It allows easy customisation to the popup and it looks really good! Have yet to try other functions but the newsletter popup discount works pretty well so far. And thanks for having this basic level free for use until we decide to do more!

great app to save time on Shopify. Best for collecting an email list to capture id's so that email marketing can be launched.

This is such a great app and has become one of my favorites! My popups have never looked better and I feel I have had a very good response to them as my signups have increased greatly!

Nice controls and UI. Good reporting feature too. I still have issue with conrtolling some features, but getting better.

Just finished installing and setting all up. Pretty good so far, easy and very customizable. Let's see how it goes.

the customizing features SUCK!!! customizing does NOT save what so ever, im just over it. but when it did save at first it looked great... and i don't like the limitations of the free plan

It is extremely user friendly and offers a lot even at the base level. I have already seen returns from having it up and running. I would recommend it for any small business trying to grow their online presence without also breaking their budget.

Using App for popups. Could be a little more user friendly but am learning the App and getting used to it and its doing what I want it to do.

So far so good, a bit awkward and limited in design for the free plan, but it works for what we need now and it does get results!

I've been using Privy over a year and until recently had no complaints. I was using a pop up campaign for my Black Friday/Cyber sales, and encountered a MASSIVE internal issue with privy. Basically, I tried to integrate my Black friday discount code into the pop up, however Privy recreated the discount over again which caused my discount code on shopify to become invalid. This resulted in nearly 2 hours where the Black friday discount code was completely UNUSABLE. This problem likely cost me thousands of dollars. I reached out to support and they game me generic replies to do things I already tried. Shopify support was able to solve the problem. I'll continue to use Privy, but honestly guys....you cost me a lot of money so this review was necessary.

Privy does what it says it will do, but the customer service is weak. Not impressed with the support at all, have had a couple issues come up none of which have been resolved by the Privy team. They basically give me a common sense reply to do something I've already tried. Privy is essentially one of the best pop up options until something better comes along. Can't stand the fact that I can't integrate my own sending domain...feature doesn't work at all.

Very helpful for connecting with passersby! Pops up whenever someone goes to leave your site, mouse tracking. Very customizable. Thanks!

I really like the simplicity of their app and the walk through they have setup to aid in getting the pop up completed.

Works great with what I have been doing, easy to use. Has different layouts you can use for the popups.
