integration isn't as easy as the social intents app I used for wix. Seems like I have to insert code etc. Please make the tool fire and forget.

I am still trying to figure out the app but so far its not bad wish it was a little easier to use and some of the features don't work all time. but for a free app its actually really good to utilize,

The pop up comes up on my site, but everyone who enters there email gets an error that they must enter a valid email and It is not clear how to fix it because everyone's email is valid.

I like it but some features aren't working right. I can't see my pop up to edit it. I like what you are able to do with it, just wish it worked better.

I just installed so an indepth review isn't possible. I would say to the developer is that you should consider soliciting for reviews once the first campaign has been completed. I will update my review once I have completed a campaign and have become familiar with the app and what it can do for my business.

Don't like that I have to pay for basic newsletters. And it says on the sign up page that first 1,000 signups is $10 a month, but the lowest amount you can sign up for is $20 a month. Can't find anywhere to sign up for $10 a month.
You may have signed up for Privy Growth plan which starts at $20 a month instead of Privy Email plan which is $10 a month. i use this app to bring in customers, im hoping it helps me out with more sales and etc. nothing about this app that i didnt enjoy.

buggy. first time user and navigation really needs improvement, i've used plenty of apps and this one is not intuitive at all. i also have to edit the email autoresponder a million times and i still can't get the page to scroll all the way down at the edit page so i have no idea what's going on unless i send a test email to myself. Is privy doing this on purpose so we will sign up for the upgraded plans ? if so, it does the exact opposite and makes me wana run from this lol. latest update: tested Sign-up pop up campaign - works well a couple times till it keeps popping up at some other new site check ins although it's the same user ( me) with the same email on the same comp LOL. The pop up is suppose to stop after it registers the user for Free Shipping and 15% off, and I've done this with the team to update the settings but boo-hoo - same issue.
