There are lots bugs with this App. I was charged twice for the same month and never responded for complaint

I use this a lot when making shopify websites and it has helped the business a lot in many ways. It is very intuitive and for sure useful.

I'm still learning how to use this app. I'm not sure if the email with the discount code is being sent to people when they sign up! And since I've already signed up I can undo that and sign up again and I'm not going to make new emails to see this so I've asked friends to sign up.

Nice and easy to use, only complaint is that a few customers have reported the pop up being impossible to click on/fill out which leads me to believe that the browser or device can alter the view - not ideal.

Seems very straight forward and easy to use, happy to rate highly, hopefully this will reduce my abandoned carts

stop asking us to review your app okay - one stars, don't beat us on top of the head about reviewing your app one star! stop asking us to review your app. zero documentation, zero help, zero instructions, zero useful info, you'll be on your own to figure this app out, the videos they do send out are 3rd grade level garbage, ue / ui is poor they never have navigated their own app to use it, zero user input stop asking us to review your one star app

Beyond impressed with the results of this app and the ease of use. It pairs perfectly with our other marketing apps and will most likely be jumping up to a higher tiered paid plan to take advantage of the extra features. This company is doing it right give it a shot its zero risks to test the free plan.

really nice popup app with exit intent, scrolling intent etc. I do like its automated email sender too.

I have been using Privy's free pop-ups for over 6 months and it is doing a good job of collecting signup emails from my store visitors. Just added it to my 2nd store and expecting same results. Free, easy to setup, and customizable.

Great app! I love that it shows you the campaign results right away without having to search through a report. I also love the live view. It helps me understand how my customers navigate around the website. Love this app.

Great app to add to your store. It helped me gain new emails plus the background feature was great for using my own photos to make the site look even better. Wish removing the watermark feature was a little cheaper. Great app!

Not really happy with how quick they put a campaign on the site without really saying they would do that.
