Horrible customer support attitude! Overall app is good, but if you want to show multiple labels you can't there is no option to align them.

Secondly, we appreciate you highlighting your concerns regarding the "align multiple label campaigns" feature on our Advanced plan. You are correct in your observation: currently, if you have multiple labels (e.g., A, B, C) and a product only has labels B and C, our app does not automatically align B and C to fill the space where label A would have been. We understand this desired functionality and want to thank you for this valuable idea. Great app for Halloween and BFCM. It will help to hightlight the discount and info about my products. Quite satisfied with the app at the moment, the support team is also great, Phoebe helps me setting up everything.

Disappointing experience with this app and their support team. Despite upgrading, the variant functionality is completely broken. When I reached out to support, their solution was to have me upgrade AGAIN and then manually select every single variant individually - completely defeating the purpose of having filter options like tags and discount amounts in the first place. The support team seemed unwilling to properly investigate the actual issue and instead pushed for another paid upgrade as a "solution." This feels like a lazy response and poor customer service. The app should work as advertised after the initial upgrade, and the filtering system should function properly without requiring tedious manual selection. Save your money and look for alternatives. The app fails to deliver on its basic promises and the support team seems more interested in upselling than fixing problems.

I have tried few apps and this is the best one, Phoebe is super friendly and helpful, there is same problem for label apps which is label not displaying at first (it was caused by theme conflict i guess) so you should choose the one that gave you support, fast and effective. That is why i rated this app 5\5

I've contacted the support to set up a badge on my product's page and this was the fourth app I've tried without getting any good results. (I could not have imagined it was so difficult to get a the correct badge on your store...) I've had a great experience with Phoebe, not only she helped me to solve the problem but she did it very fast. I'm very happy with the app and with the customer service. Very recommended to for your badges!

Muy buena aplicación para las etiquetas, y buena atención al cliente de su asistente Phoebe, lo único que nos gustaría es que se especializaran también en español, aunque hicieron el intento y me solucionaron el problema igual aun que no es su especialidad el idioma, super recomendados.

I have used quite a few badge apps and can see that they all have some issues with the display. As guessed, this app is the same. However, their strong point is their very enthusiastic support team, who make efforts to solve issues for me, so I chose to stay and experience more. After using it for a while, I found some useful features for my store in the paid packages. And surprisingly, the support team did not hesitate to give me a discount code for up to 3 months. Nearly $10 a month is very cheap for a tool that supports improving CRO and such service support.

Really a lot of great preset options with this app, including the animations. So many ways to customize how it looks on each page. Not to mention the support is top notch. Definitely worth adding to your toolbox.

It's infuriating that I can't give this ZERO stars. This app is an absolute disaster. Every time I enable it, something else in the theme breaks. First, it was the Add to Cart button—just a grey screen and endless lag. I contacted support, and they claimed to have fixed it, but surprise—they didn’t. After some time, I foolishly gave it another chance, and this time it completely ruined the menu. This is hands down the worst Shopify app I've ever installed. I'm beyond frustrated that I subscribed for a whole year!
