The app is very easy to use, and the support team is quick and extremely helpful. I use this app on my flower website to allow customers to add personalized messages for their loved ones, and app does exactly what I needed.

Great app and amazing support! I ran into a cart issue with my Horizon theme and reached out for help. The PC Product Customizer team fixed the problem on a Saturday night, which I really appreciate. Everything works perfectly now. Fast response, clear communication, and very professional service. Definitely recommend!

Some functions weren't working, but thanks to the customer service team's help, the problem has been perfectly resolved.

Not working if you already have option in shopify. You cannot add a simple checkbox+upsell applying to every option price. +Ugly it mades my premium theme "clunky" + cannot setup a dynamic picture when you hit the box.

After initially contacting support via their website, I was advised the issue was related to Shopify and couldn’t be resolved directly. I reached out again through Shopify and was connected with Etienne, who worked tirelessly to fix the problem—product personalisation's weren’t coming through with orders to either the customer or our design team. Etienne’s dedication and persistence were outstanding. 100% great customer support. Highly recommended!
