After initially contacting support via their website, I was advised the issue was related to Shopify and couldn’t be resolved directly. I reached out again through Shopify and was connected with Etienne, who worked tirelessly to fix the problem—product personalisation's weren’t coming through with orders to either the customer or our design team. Etienne’s dedication and persistence were outstanding. 100% great customer support. Highly recommended!

Great product, does exactly what it says on the tin. But especially worth mentioning is their prompt, profiessional and incredibly capable service staff, who have helped me immensely. Special thanks to Etienne, who saved me when I was in a pre-launch crunch.

The files are not visible. I can't see the changes I made and I'm having a hard time.
