Really good product so far, and a really good support team! Was a little confused first setting it up, but their support team was really great about helping me work through it. They even downloaded the theme I was using for testing purposes.

This app is what allowed us to have a Shopify store rather than an insanely complex and expensive custom store built for our specific needs. We make bags with enough size and feature options that one can order a bag in over 1,000,000 ways. Product Options & Customizer makes all of this possible. The support, when needed, is excellent.

i have been using this app on my other 3 stores aswell, the app is great, the better part is that the team is super supportive, they are a click away and almost always provide a solution to issue.

So far so good. I am still learning how to use this app but it's delivering so far. I will say Customer Service is excellent. I love to be able to get someone on chat quickly and they can answer my questions without having to pick up the phone. I hate the phone. These guys are on top of it! I highly recommend. I'll update if anything changes but for now, I am happy.

My website allows for a lot of customization for my customers. There's a piece of this app that's supposed to be hidden for you and the developer and unfortunately customers could see it too! Man reached out the same day I sent the request over, and created this issue ASAP. Quick turnaround time and happy about it! Thank you!

We have been using this app for a long time, and it has been great. Today, I was having an issue with an image not showing up correctly, and Shevaughn resolved it for me. I really appreciated the quick response and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Shevaughn! Update 4/19/23- we have been using this app for about 5 years on both of our websites. We use it to customize our product with embroidery and gift wrap. We recently updated our theme and had to also do some changes to our customizations. Shevaughn was great again with helping us do that. He has been a huge help. We highly recommend this app and this company. Customer service is excellent!

UPDATE 4/15/25 I have to say, over the years we have worked through many ups and downs with the Dev team at PC. This app is not what it used to be. I am not sure if the App sold or just got rid of all the original developers that could do quick fixes in minutes but recently we have experienced more and more glitches compared to past years using PC. Previously although inconvenient the old team at PC was super responsive and fixed things right away. Today when we were getting help from the Product Customizer team on a glitch that was happening with 1 of our 30+ Customizable products the attempted fix instead removed all our customizer options on our site, we let them know right away and since have emailed for help multiple times and nobody has gotten back to us so currently our site is not usable to order on, and we have a loss of income as well as frustrated customers. After years of recommending this at this current level of service I cannot stand behind our previous years of 4 and 5 star reviews. UPDATE 12/3/2024 Experienced a glitch with recent PC update that was launched affecting our sales during busy Holiday sales season but through the chat they fixed super fast thank YOU!!! Wish they sent a note to users when they plan to do an update instead of us just randomly finding out when customers cant order. UPDATE 10/24/2024 Multiple - Outages and issues - customizations not consistently working, customers operating from multiple browsers having issues. Was told that we needed to update the Shopify Theme we use so we did and with some help from the PC Dev Team (Aman) it is now working UPDATE 3/29/2024 We had a brief outage and Deep and team were quick to address it and get the issue resolved. They had it resolved within Half Hour. They responded to my initial email within minutes. Really appreciate this team. Initial Review 5/2015 The customer service support offer by Kevon and Aman has been top-notch. They are usually pretty on it both in terms of response time and ability to make small changes within the app. The only reason for not full five star- some of the features of the app seem to work intermittently and is very glitchy, this has cost us heavily in terms of sales when the customizer is down.
