Cannot fault the customer service from Aman! I have been playing with my theme lately and unfortunately sometimes the product customizer options drop out or need to be re configured. Aman was so quick in responding to my requests and amazing to deal with. ThankyoU!

I have been using the app for a while now and the customizations are great. I also had a issue with a checkout button and Kevon with customer service was able to solve a simple issue that no one else would address including Shopify customer service.

Kevon provided me extremely responsive support. He went above and beyond and actually installed the variant I needed in my Shopify theme. I'm a jewelry designer and needed a simple sizing variant on some of my products (not available for my needs in Shopify). I tried a few apps prior to Product Customizer that could not offer me this option. This app does cost more per month than I wanted to spend, but hopefully it will be well worth it. Customers want options and this app can provide that.

Great service. I upgraded from Debut to a 2.0 theme and there was a small glitch. I messaged the company over their online chat and they fixed it immediately. Very happy with the service from Sheniel. Thanks.

Very efficient in their technical support It's not that I had problems with the app, I'm just using Shopify for the first time and it helped me configure it from the beginning to the changes I wanted on the product page.

have been using product customizer for few years, and the application is great although at time i do faced glitch that results to sales loss. Customer service wise, Aman was great, and he is patience. thank you for the service, hope to constantly see improvement for the application. the one star less is deducted due to the constant glitch on the app. whereas customer service wise is 5 stars.

Product Customizer is a great app and would recommend it. We use it for flower orders on our website, it's super easy to use and the support team is always so helpful and quick to respond! The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because there have been a few occasions when required fields have not populated on order forms. Not sure if this is because the customer was able to skip over it or if it just didn't transfer to the order page.

I used this app to create product attribute for my client website. I having issue on the attribute positioning and live chat with support. The support response within few second and help me resolve my issue asap. Very good support.

I used a competitor before using Product Customizer. Unfortunately, the competitor would create new variants, which eventually slowed down my website. In addition, Google Merchant Center warned me that my website price was different from my feed price, and I use an aftermarket feed app. Finally, after numerous warnings that Google would shut down our account, I was forced to look for a new solution. I tested other "Product Option" apps, which are all difficult to install and set up. There isn't a plug-and-play solution. Product Customizer was the easiest, but it is still not straightforward. I ran into some issues, and Sheniel responded quickly and resolved my problems. Customer service is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I am thankful I found them!
