This app is amazing for options for customizations on your products. You can have drop down menus, text boxes, etc. everything you need to make sure that you get all of the info needed from the customer for a personalized item. Any time I have had an issue they respond back within about 10 mins. No matter what time of day and they are always quick to fix it like it was nothing. Amazing!

I moved to this app from Variant Products app, because it worked well with Selly (an upsell app). It was straightforward and easy to set up my customizations. I upgraded the plan so I could charge more for these customizations as well (I've had this app for a couple weeks now and it's down great things to increase my AOV!). The best part was customer service - I reached out for a few questions/issues, and WOW, Sheniel was so fast to respond and they helped me out pretty instantly. It was over a course of a few days (since I had more questions/issues), and we got all my problems resolved. No other app has provided me with this level of support. Very, very happy with this app!

App works great- has a problem with our cart page talking to the app but Sheniel had some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. She got the issues resolved right away, and was very communicative to us during the process. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Overall, this is a solid app. It offers the extra bells and whistles that enrich the user's shopping experience. The key feature we wanted was the image upload ability, to allow the user to see the image they uploaded to our shopify store. I myself was unable to get this feature to work. Luckily, their support team was reactive to my request. I sent them screenshots and they were able to troubleshoot the issue with the theme. They QUICKLY fixed the problem. Our team is so happy to have this feature now. Great app, and easy peasy good support. Thanks again to Pushpesh! :)

I contacted the customer service team at Product Options & Customizer and they responded immediately without any wait time at all. Deepanjoy spent a significant amount of time fixing the options and logic on one of my products. He quickly found a solution and then added it to my remaining products. I found him friendly, helpful and all my issues were resolves quickly. Fantastic customer service and great product that is capable of dealing with extremely complicated product options. I'd 100% recommend.

I wouldn't be without this app as it is great for offering the options I require to my customers. I have contacted support a few times and their service has always been very quick, efficient and friendly - a big plus point for continuing with my loyalty to this particular app.

We've been using this app for many years now. I have to say we were upset with the newest update, but they did listen and made changes to make it better. Their customer service has always been immediate and helpful. We understand changes need to be made from time to time and like any other app there may be some disruptions or differences. But, they always remained responsive throughout these periods of change, which means a lot.

I have been using the Product Customer app for a couple of years now for my website and absolutely LOVE it. Not only does it meet my needs bur the customer service is amazing. Over the yesrs I've done several theme tweeks and changes and any code updates I need to have made to accommodate the new theme code is done within minutes and even my customer service emails are answered so quickly....even on weekends. I highly recommend this app and plan on sticking with it indefinitely. Thank you so much for such quick resolution to my questions this weekend!

They are always so helpful if I need help with the app! This is a great app for adding custom products to your website. You can create custom forms for each individual product. I really love it and the forms look very professional on our products. Thank you!
