Quick and easy setup. We were looking for an option to let customers choose 5 products as one price. After several apps this one worked the best. We did run into a minor issue. Deepanjoy with their support team was able to correct the issue in minutes. Would definitely recommend if you want to customize your product offerings. Update 9/15/24 The team helped me solve another issue on a Sunday! Thank you again.

I use this app to customize some listings. The program itself has a couple of options to choose from that let you decide how you want to sell your product. The only thing that I found not very convenient to me is that the wizard is not always working, but the customer service crew is always ready to help, fast in response, and effective with assisting. Overall I am recommending this app.

Product customizer has enabled me to use a platform like shopify when I never would have been able to before. Secondly, Kevon's customer service has been fantastic. In fact, we're working on a further extension that will allow me to better realize all that Optimizer offers me. I will return to this review later once we fully launch our store as I imagine I'll continue to be wowed by what's to come!

Just installed the app and had to reach out to support for help in installing it and a bit of css styling. Support was great. Made the process very painless and got my options showing on my product page quickly. Very happy so far.
