Love this app. we've had it for a couple of years now. The support is the best whenever we've reached out! Edit June 2023 - Just spoken to Aman with an issue we were having with the app and Aman answered within minutes and fixed the issue in seconds. Thank you so much! You are the best!

We used the app to quickly add some much needed fields to our products. Super easy to use and if you reach out the team will even help you with some minor CSS changes! 10/10 would recommend.

This app generally provides a great deal additional function to my e-commerce store, and for that it's worth the price... However, the way product additions are calculated and displayed to the customer are pretty confusing. I'd prefer those calculations to be displayed differently, or not at all. The best part of this app is the lightening fast customer service and support. Whereas Shopify itself is doing a very poor job at support and follow up, Product Customizer steps in with nearly immediate follow-up and hassle-free resolution. I appreciate that!

Overall, solves a need. Easy to add and edit options. The way it calculates price differences is bulky though, based in small coins instead of a whole. Makes pulling reports more difficult as well as changing/upgrading themes. Support is helpful

Updated March 2026 - Lasandra is absolutely exceptional!! We’ve used this app for over 7 years and it continues to perform flawlessly. Our store requires a high level of customization and complex variant configurations, and this app handles it seamlessly. From a customer standpoint, the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate - which is critical. Lasandra is always extremely responsive, thorough and solution oriented every time we’ve needed assistance. Highly recommend for any brand managing advanced product configurations. 2019- My store requires a lot of variants and this app is perfect for that. From a shopper standpoint, the user experience using the variants is clean, easy, and organized. The customer service is also amazing! Steven was so prompt and thorough in his responses and solved all my problems and did the coding for me. Amazing product!

We use this app to allow customers to upload their files and choose options prior to adding to cart. It works well and support is great. Nice app!

This is your best option for a basic product customization apps. Shopify limitations hinder such features by default, but Product Options and Customizer do their best to accommodate any needs within Shopify constraints. Support is helpful and responds within 24HR

We made some changes and had an issue with Product Customizer. We contacted app support and recieved really quick service. Daniel was very helpful and resolved our problem almost immediately after we contacted them.

The app is GREAT! I sell only customizable items and it perfectly works. I suggest the Premium Plan with which you can add prices to variants and set your own conditional logics. I could not imagine to work without it!

This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! UPDATED - Again super fast support. Thanks Aman!

My client added this app for her jewelry business. She needed to able to have customizing options and this app fit the bill. It's very user-friendly (both front and back end). We ran into an issue with the calculations for the cart but Daniel offered some prompt assistance that worked! Highly recommend!
