Sheniel provided me with super quick customer service, and I'm happy with this app. It helps me easily offer personalized items, which are essential to my business.

Aman helped me so much in figuring out what's this app about and how to use all of the options. Very helpful and my life /business with this app became much easier to give an option for costumer to customize the product. Thank you

Kevon provided me extremely responsive support. He went above and beyond and actually installed the variant I needed in my Shopify theme. I'm a jewelry designer and needed a simple sizing variant on some of my products (not available for my needs in Shopify). I tried a few apps prior to Product Customizer that could not offer me this option. This app does cost more per month than I wanted to spend, but hopefully it will be well worth it. Customers want options and this app can provide that.

The support is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure the app works with your website. Varied pricing makes it easy to choose what features you want to pay for. Awesome app overall.

Great service. I upgraded from Debut to a 2.0 theme and there was a small glitch. I messaged the company over their online chat and they fixed it immediately. Very happy with the service from Sheniel. Thanks.

Very efficient in their technical support It's not that I had problems with the app, I'm just using Shopify for the first time and it helped me configure it from the beginning to the changes I wanted on the product page.

have been using product customizer for few years, and the application is great although at time i do faced glitch that results to sales loss. Customer service wise, Aman was great, and he is patience. thank you for the service, hope to constantly see improvement for the application. the one star less is deducted due to the constant glitch on the app. whereas customer service wise is 5 stars.

Does not work! They'll take your money for a service they do not fulfill. Have never been able to download any files my customers have uploaded, I have to email them and ask them for it directly. Complete waste of money!

I thoroughly checked your concern and this is something we can fix. The issue with file uploads occur generally when ajax is enabled on your theme. We are also working on a permanent fix which should be rolled out very soon so that you never have to face these issues again. I understand your frustration at not being able to download the files with your orders. I want to assure you that we are working round the clock to address your issue. Again, we are so sorry about what happened here (it is not normal with our app). We work SUPER hard to make sure every merchant who uses our app has an A+ experience. Product Customizer is a great app and would recommend it. We use it for flower orders on our website, it's super easy to use and the support team is always so helpful and quick to respond! The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because there have been a few occasions when required fields have not populated on order forms. Not sure if this is because the customer was able to skip over it or if it just didn't transfer to the order page.

The help that I had from Aman was totally outstanding, very very quick response, (I sent an email to them for help and within minutes I had a reply), and even at the weekend, I could not fault the help, advise and support that they have given me. Would totally recommend.

This app is PERFECT for small business or a large business that wants to offer their customers the option of fully customizing their purchases! Our business is custom apparel and accessories. This app allows us to offer different sizes, styles, colors, designs. Add personalization to the items. Everything we need! And it's EASY to use which is so important when you are running a business!

He estado utilizando "Product Customizer" en mi tienda de Shopify y estoy muy satisfecho con los resultados. La aplicación es intuitiva, fácil de usar y ha mejorado significativamente la experiencia de compra para mis clientes, permitiéndoles personalizar los productos a su gusto. El soporte técnico es sobresaliente; siempre responden rápidamente y han resuelto cualquier problema que he tenido de manera eficiente.
