Unfortunatelly, I have to change my review. App is not performing well (when a product has an additional paid option made by this app, after removing this product from a cart this paid option IS NOT removed and it's impossible to remove it; and on mobile, you can't remove neigher this product nor this paid option). I did report this issue over three weeks ago and still it's not fixed. And for two weeks now I have no info from their part. It's not at all professional and even if I like the rest part of this app, I just decided to delete it and use the other one. Sorry, but my store should work in 100% correctly. And with this app it doesn't. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I use this app for over a year now and I can't imagine my store without it. Since I sell customized baby fashion, I need an app which gives me a possibility to add baby's name, birth date, or any other custom option. What is also very important to me is that I have more than 100 variants in almost all my products, and thanks to Product Customizer I can offer these products with ease. What I really love in this app is conditional logic and the team (which is really helpfull). The only thing I'd like to have in this app and which is missing is the product's photo change while changing product options. But even that, for me it's the best app for products options.

This app is easy to use, requires minimal coding and the support team behind it is very dedicated to making sure you understand how to use it! I’m really liking it!

This is one of my favourite apps now. Allows me to customise every product any way I want it. The support team is fantastic, and is always there. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Product Options and Customizer App has had great support, and quick to answer my question! My email support was quick and to the point. The glitch that I was experiencing was taken care of within hours. I am new at this app, so support has been important for me to move forward on my store.

This app is great, really easy to use. When I changed themes I had a small problem but with in minutes after emailing it was sorted. Fabulous customer service. Thank you to Daniel for helping me.

Very Easy to use and amazing support. Responded to every email I sent them in record time. Had a minor issue and they corrected it for me in under an hour.

Tried a few different apps and deleted them soon after. This app works really well and the customer service has been amazing. Very helpful and fast!

The App works as described. Support was great and very helpful with setting up everything on our new theme. I would recommend this app to other merchants looking to give a customizing option to their customers. 2024 update! The app still works well. Support is top-notch. If you need customizations on your products, would highly recommend them.

I have been using Product Customizer for about 4 years. It started as a great app, but the functionality and customer service have declined significantly. I have had multiple issues with the app in just the last 6 weeks - from color and image swatches not displaying to the more serious issue of none of the product options displaying and customers not being able to place orders on my site. I am very tech-savvy and I find the app cumbersome to use. If you have just one option per product, you should be fine. If you are looking to do anything more complex than that I do not recommend this app at all. It took 5 weeks to get a resolution to the issue of the color swatches not showing. I would contact them weekly for an update and I was repeatedly ignored. Yesterday, the conditional logic stopped working on an entire collection of products. It has been over 24 hours and they have not responded or resolved the issue. I am losing sales and multiple customers have contacted me because they are unable to place an order on my site. Additionally, my site speed has decreased from 46 to 22 because of this app. For an app that costs MORE than Shopify itself, I expect much better performance and service. I would have ditched this app long ago but I have hundreds of products and I do not yet have the time to research and install a new option.

Shevaughn was super helpful with updating an issue which occurred when I updated my new theme. I have been using this ap for years and it has been perfect for my online store. I sell customised phone cases, it allows customers to input their personal name/initials or upload a photo, rather then leaving those details in the 'Notes' section of the cart, like they were doing previously. We've recently started to customize a few of the products that we sell and were looking for an app that would allow us to not only offer multiple options, but also to charge based on the option(s) picked. After looking at a few different ones, this was EXACTLY what we needed. The ability to create templates and logical rules for the various options makes this app very, very worth the price. Easy to set up, easy to use. The developer even does the install for you quickly and is very responsive if you have questions. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

This app allows me to create as many custom options as I need to make purchasing easier for my customers. ShopStorm is always quick to help and correct any issue. This is overall a great app and very easy to use!
