The app has allowed me to create personal filters and product customisation, making our website very convenient for both our customers and for us. Jim has assisted us well in setting up the app and answered all my questions in an efficient and polite way. Highly recommend!

The app is great when it will actually load. I find 9/10 times when trying to open the app it now goes to a blank page and I can't customize any products. Really annoying.

Code screwed up my site by automatically adding extra charges to cart and it took days for them to respond. Never fully fixed the issue or offered an explanation.

Product Customizer is "OK" as a starter app, but has limitations that unfortunately are holding us back. Just went "blank" on us this morning and unable to modify or view any options.

Used the app in 3 stores. Takes a day to work everything out in a busy store but after that invaluable and has made life easy for our customers and us. You need this app!

It's a really crappy app. I'm not sure what's up with all these good reviews. I never write reviews, but I felt that this was justified. In theory, it sounds great. In practice, it's total junk and their support is horrific. They take 3 to 5 days to respond and they have no sense of urgency. App does not work as it should nor does it do what it claims. Their demo page is sketchy because they're using a custom checkout page. It will not work the same on your shop unless you have Shopify Plus. Even then, you will still have inventory management issues because of the way the options are added. Not going to go into details here, it's nor worth my time. Save yourself the headache, trust me. Ah, and removing was a PIA, it leaves a huge mess behind. Pass.

This app is essential to getting the functionality I needed for my shop. Installation was easy and it was very simple to figure out how to build the customization forms. I needed a little help customizing the layout of my product pages in regards to having the description go before the options showed, and support was fast and friendly in doing this task that they totally don't HAVE to do.

Really not a fan. Often glitchy and can't update. Still shows 1x customization for each $0.01 of cost. (Meaning a $5 engraving fee confuses customers, who are told they purchased 500 engravings). Generally slow support

Love this app! It works just as it claims, and most of all, the customer service/tech team is fantastic. They helped me solve a tech glitch super fast and got me up and running right away. Highly recommend!

This was the first (and most used) app that I've chosen so far! I was so leary to start down the road of e-commerce as our industry has TONS of sizing options. This gives up the opportunity to get started and offer many options to our customers. Very user friendly as well!

The app regularly fails and does not charge clients for customized purchases. We have lost nearly $2,000 in sales in the past 5 days due to the app failing to work properly. I wouldn't recommend this app.
