Terrible! Screwed up my product page. No live support!

We took over this app from the previous owner :) You left a negative review for Product Customizer a long time ago and I am emailing to see if you wouldn’t mind removing it (or adding more stars)? We have already made several improvements and fixes to past issues with this app (including new features and 24/7 support) - and it REALLY helps our ranking on the App Store if we can remove the handful of negative reviews. We read about this app in the Shopify Plus community. We were having so many issues with fake accounts. At first, it wasn't working and I had to reach out to customer support. They fixed the issue very quickly and this solved my issue. Thanks for a great product!

WARNING: Although they state, "we are happy to take care of the installation on your behalf" they don't tell you that they will access your theme add some files and make their changes to nearly a dozen other files. After installing the app to see whether or not it would meet our needs, I decided that even though it was fine for many uses it was too limited for our use, and uninstalled it. Later, I noticed emails from ShopStorm stating "I've gone ahead and completed the snippet installation for your published Shopify theme." After over an hour with a diff tool I was finally able to revert their changes. Before you install this app, make sure it is what your store needs, because "support" is forced before requested and removal is a chore.

Super versatile, I am able to provide so many options to my customers. Very intuitive to set up on the back end. Customer service tops.

Super easy to use, integrates perfectly with my shop. I needed some minor adjustments made and Ryan was very helpful - it was all done within a few hours. I tried a couple of other apps to add more options (and priced options) to my products, and this is definitively my favorite and the most user friendly. Thanks!

We have been using this app (live) for about eight weeks now and it has been worth every penny. Our store provides mostly custom products and having flexible / multiple options for a product are critical. Shopstorm's is by far the cleanest and fully functional of all the available apps, and I did indeed go through them all. What most of that money has paid for is the just excellent support. Sure there are a couple of bugs with the app but these developers are pushing the envelope of what basic functionality the base shopify platform is offering, so it's to be expected and all apps have their quirks. Where Shopstorm shines is how fast they will fix a problem for you and reply to your inquiries. I hope they continue to get large support from the community and can continue to improve upon this great app. If the look of the customization in the shopping cart could be cleaned up and a couple of other small issues worked out it would be a perfect app. Use this app and we can get them there!

This app is easy to set up and use, and the support team is also very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

We had some issues a couple of weeks after installing this app, but the developers quickly fixed the problem and it's working perfectly. We use it to allow customers to request specific installation options for one product, and we use it to allow customers to build a custom bodyboard selecting features that all require specific extra charges based on what they select. It works like a charm if you have a similar need.

Product customizer worked ok. At first I got it to add text boxes to some products and eventually set it up to extend the options I offered in my store. They are usually pretty fast on replying about questions or problems, but when I finally decided to remove it from my store because the integration was messy and confusing to my customers and myself I had a big problem. Before I deleted anything, I asked them if my website would work as it did before the install when I deleted the app. They assured me it would and I went ahead and deleted the app. The next morning I began to get emails from customers telling me there was a problem with the CHECKOUT on my website. I am not sure how much money this problem caused me for the half a day it was unresolved, but it is a lot more than the service they have provided. I sent them an email asking for help and no one got back to me. Is this because now I was a non paying customer? In a last ditch effort, I contacted shopify help and they were able to go in and clean up the mess they did on my site after about 20 or 30 minutes. If you value your business, do not have them modify your website. The integration they do is messy and unappealing.

Product Customizer is a great app that basically allows you to create mass amounts of variants very quickly as Shopify only allows you to have 100 different combinations of variants...with the premium plan you can even add an extra price to each variant which is a cool feature. The only feature we need is the ability for a new product image to be displayed for every variant. From what I've been told they are working on this and it should be out in summer of 2017! Also great customer service. Some of the variants weren't lining up in our theme & within 5 minutes of e-mailing customer support, Ryan had already added some CSS to fix the issue.

The is the best app EVER! I have tried so many apps in an effort to offer more options. They have all been so difficult to use, not user friendly at all. They've all required extensive coding, tagging all your items, etc. I was up and running within minutes with this app and I'M LOVING IT! Customer service with installation help was super fast and I didn't have to even get frustrated!

The best app I have on my shop by far! You can add choices for customer's to select with ease. if you get in a pickle, the app developers are prompt to help! Highly recommend!

This app is excellent! It works exactly like it should, but even better is the service you get from the creators. They have easily taken care of any questions I have and continued to make modifications when I needed them!! They are great!!
