We ran into the problem of being limited by Shopify's variant limit. We needed several variant options per product & in some cases needed to add an additional price for some variants. Product Customizer took care of this in no time. They even went as far as going in and customizing some of the code to make sure it was working optimal with my current theme. Great customer support! The only recommendation I have for the team is to implement product images for each option created. + Value price at a basic price of only $9.99 per month

Simple to use and very flexible. Exactly the app I needed to offer different options on my products. I like the fact you can set up custom fields and then add them to products if they are relevant.

We've been using this app for many years to sell personalized pet tags. Never had a problem until yesterday. Emailed support and was fixed within 30mins. Fantastic! Can't recommend enough.

Totally groovy. Has definitely upped our customizable game in offering solutions to our customers and custom apparel. Service has been great through use, implementation and adjustments as necessary. Do wish I didn't have to use another app to export groups of orders for easy reference.

We're just starting up our Shopify website and have had trouble figuring all of the things out and have had a incompatibility issue with the theme we purchased. Ryan Frizzell at Product Customizer has been working a lot to help us get things working including working on our theme code that has some issue with the app, he is saving us many hours of work. The support for this app is very good.

Since Shopify limits the amount of option you can add to a product. Product Customizer is the perfect app to add additional option to a product - simple and effective. Plus they have amazing customer service is you happen to have any questions or issues.

We have been very happy with this app. It makes customizing products a snap. Customer service is very knowledgeable and they are always fast to reply.

Just started using this app and while I'm still sorting everything out i do need to acknowledge how awesome their support is. They've helped me through a couple issues and from what I can see about the app it's extremely flexible which is exactly what i was looking for. Great app!

Thank You so much to Emily and the Shopstorm Team. I emailed them with some questions regarding updating my theme to see if there was anything I needed to do beforehand. They were able to make all the adjustments for me before publishing to ensure that I had zero down time all within a few hours of my initial inquiry. I highly recommend this App and ShopStorm. Great App! Just wish options were brought in to Shipstation without a bunch of unwanted code placed on line items of packing slips/invoices.

Product Customizer has been perfect for our site. We offer custom dog collars, belts, and wallets, and this app does it all, and does it well. Extremely easy to integrate and set up, and beautiful ascetically. Unparalleled customer service, a great product, and a fantastic sales team. Would recommend in the future. Update July 12 2022 - Spoke with support about an integration issue. Kevon was fantastic and we worked through the issue quickly. He made some great recommendations and was a pleasure to work with on this.

This app has solved so many things for our shop, so that people can pick things and enter custom info up front instead of us having to spend time emailing with them afterwards. It works great, and when I switched themes recently the support staff was brilliant in helping me getting it to work (and look great) on the new theme. We're now using 2 ShopStorm apps in our shop, very happy with both of them.

The app wasn't exactly what we were looking for but the customer service was outstanding. Although we went with a different app option, we want to congratulate the folks from ShopStorm for their fantastic support while we were testing the app. Their communication was quick, friendly and the customization (snippet installation) was quick and painless.

This customizer has done exactly what we hoped it would. From the ordering process to order acknowledgment, this is spot on. Very easy to customize and the customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.
