The fastest and best support I have ever received. I wanted to customize my products on my shop where I sell artwork and customized art prints. I tried different solutions (shopify apps) but none of them worked quite as I expected. So I was actually not convinced that Proct Customizer would be able to deliver a satiesfied solution. But it did and the team from Shopstorm was very helpful. Daniel (my new best supporter friend) helped me through the entire setup. And he even installed the app properly and helped me with some issues with my theme. I know what I want and Daniel made it happen. If possible I would give the team and the app 10 stars. I feel quite safe and I know that they will make the product even better over time. And that is very important to me! /Bettina

Love this app -- exactly what we were looking for and they made the installation a BREEZE .... they did it for us :) App lets you make custom variations for each product and charge extra for for them if there is an extra fee. Very versatile and like I mentioned, exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend this app it works great.

The app is easy to use. It's easy to apply the custom options to many or even all products in your shop at once. When a customer doesn't check a required box, it flashes on that box. Everything about the app looks and feels very sleek and clean. Love it and glad we found it!

The app works great for our customization needs and the customer service is amazing. We recently updated our site and noticed the app wasn't working and sent an email. Within that response email, the app was fix and already up and running before I even noticed. Thanks understanding how important these things are for our business and helping out right away!

This app has been working great for me, having the ability to list more than one hundred variants on each product page has allowed us to really clean up our storefront, consolidating similar items and allowing our customers to find the product they need much easier. Customer support, specificially Beka Rice is extremely helpful, and even remotely fixed the code on our theme for us in a matter of minutes. Would be a steal at twice the price.

Ok here goes! I'm brutally honest when it comes to reviews and I'm well known in the Shopify community for giving it to you straight. So believe me when I tell you this app is absolutely worth every penny. However, there aren't enough stars in the universe that rank how great the support is. The support at Shopstorm is better than ANY other support on Shopify and I challenge anybody to prove me wrong. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

It's a big endoresment for an app if I am willing to pay for it, but this app has done a lot for my sales. Being able to add a text box to my listings so that customers can add a personal message had been a big plus for my customers, and my conversion rates!

Very impressed with the customer service. They always respond quickly and are willing to help however they can. When I had a theme update all my custom settings for each product disappeared. When I asked for help the company that built the theme told me I would have to manually re-enter everything which would have been many hours of work. I'm so glad I asked Product Customizer team to help- they just reinstalled all my "snippets" into the new theme. I have no idea what this means but they fixed the problem in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Great app- let's me customize my personalized products easily- does everything I need it to do.

Nice app and one we've used for quite a while now, very annoying though if you have thousands of products and you decide you need to alter or fine tune the variants, instead of simply changing group set you have to do it one by one taking days. Also, by now for an app of this age, we would had expected conditional logic to had been developed and optional pricing for variants.

Turnaround time was less than 12 hours, absolutely fantastic customer service. And the product is brilliant! We tried to use other (more expensive apps) for the same purpose and had zero response...
