Such an easy product to use! I was nervous about installing and using it but it couldn't be easier. When we started doing some more advanced stuff, we needed help and ShopStorm's customer service was amazing. They took care of everything. I can't say enough about what an easy process this was. Now, we're able to gather custom data easily on each of our product sales.

We've been using this app for a couple years now. Adds a lot to products when we need it. We recently had an issue with our new theme not accepting this app and Kim went in and helped fix it right away. Fantastic app and fantastic customer service. Well worth it.

We love the Product Customizer app; we recently updated our theme, and we've had some glitches that have cropped up a few times, and they've been the same problem. HOWEVER, the team at PC have responded really quickly to fix the issues, they fix them each time, and they've even worked on them over the weekend, which we really appreciate, bc ppl don't shop only during business hours! So thanks to Kevon and Shevaughn for addressing our problems so quickly. No app is perfect all the time, and things break - what matters is customer service and getting the issue resolved quickly, and you guys do that. So thank you so much!

Product Customizer is a great app. The best part about it is that it lets you create more than the 100 Variants (3 types), which is Shopify's Maximum. The support has also been fantastic! Follow up to my review from 4 years ago: support is still rocking it! Very responsive and quick resolution to issue.

This app does everything I need it to for my store. Customer support is great! Every time I have a question they respond right away. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has a store that customizes it's products. It's easy to integrate, easy to use, and works great!

This app is so easy to use and the customer service is wonderful. I needed help installing the snippet and with the appearance of my variants. Shopstorm customer service took care of both very quickly. Would highly recommend!

This App changed my life! We hand make custom leather dog collars and we offer TONS of options. We have been badgering Shopify to add more customization options for years, but few people need as many fields as we do, so they were not motivated to build a workaround. Then we found Product customizer... Now we have everything we need to offer a truly customized and unique product. Initial setup was above my head but they have amazing support that helped us install the App on a SUNDAY! I cannot recommend this App enough!

Works as promised, although had a bit of trouble with my theme, but luckily the support was great. Fast and responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the implementation. Recommended. www.makeitstick.dk

This app is exactly what I need and then some. I'm writing a second review because of the outstanding customer service provided. There were a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed and they were --- within minutes!

This app has been a life-saver for us. Minus a small glitch or two, the installation was extremely easy. The support team was very quick to respond and get us up and running within 24 hours. And they were super-pleasant. There are a few areas for improvement: 1) The ability to change pricing on the variants, which seems to be in-progress; 2) Improved ability to seamlessly integrate into the CSS styling of your current theme (it required changes to javascript); 3) Ability to select multiple options in a dropdown; 4) Ability to display at swatches or dropdowns -- with #3 and #4 on a per product basis, instead of sitewide. Unless you have complicated products, however, the last 2 may not apply to you.

This app is what makes it possible for my customers to order my personalized printables smoothly. I am SO happy with it - it does exactly what it claims and the customer service is awesome. My only wish is that it enabled you to add fields to multiple products at a time, but that does not take away from how very essential the app is for my kind of business and how glad I am that I found it.

intuitive app that does what it promises. installation was a breeze using their free setup-service. superfast, friendly and helpful support! more features on their way apparently. choosing this app is a no-brainer

Love this app. Very easy. I just wish I could preview the photo uploads before I add them to the cart. Besides that awesome and user friendly!

Simple, works great, could be a lot easier to edit saved sets, but apart from that, very useful app. Look forward to being able to monetize each customization to automatically alter the cart total. That would be fantastic.
