We use Product Customizer on both of our websites and we couldn't be happier with it. The freedom with variants is well worth the $$! Definitely recommend. The customer support is also amazing! I had help from Kim and she was so quick to respond. Whenever I had a question or needed something fixed, she was happy to help!

This app has really helped us to add custom notes to orders. This is really important to us as many of our products have custom messages for gifting purposes along with engraving customizations. Thanks product customizer!

Just an Ace program! Works flawlessly compared to other apps on the Shopify market. They really got it going great. Only gripe I have is that I wish you could move around variants easier. You can get around that by having a text file with all your variants and slide it around.

02.10.25 I uninstalled the app due to it not being so easy and a few issues with a few missing textboxes - after uninstalling, over an hour ago, the textboxes are still on my website -please remove them asap. Update - 05.09.22 I've had a slight issue with the custom personalisation input, Aman fixed it straight away, hats off and very good service. Thank you. Very responsive and fixed the issues on my draft theme. Delighted with the service. I recommend this app to anyone, very professional. Thank you ~ Azana

This app was the finishing touch to my store and I allowed a couple of days to get to grips with it. In just 1hr I had added customizations to over 100 products and snippets to my pages and emails. It works superbly and the help pages are excellent. I cannot recommend highly enough!

This app and the support crew is great! The app itself helps us provide options that weren't available before installing. Whenever I run into a problem or question, support is always quick to help. This app goes as far as they can with Shopify's platform, so its understandable they cant incorporate pricing changes and .svc exports, but support was also knowledgable to find a work-around for that. Thanks crew!

Love the product customizer - makes it easy to add options to products. Support is fantastic also. I had one minor issue with the code snippets on a new theme and Max Rice at Shopstorm, resolved the issue, quickly, efficiently and professionally. you can ask for anything more! Paul W

This App was exactly what my client was looking for. I was so glad to find it and not have to code this feature myself! There was a slight conflict with the theme we were using, but these guys worked hard to figure out the issue as soon as they could, and communicated with me throughout the process to let me know they were still working on it. They figured it out quick and the app is working perfectly for us now. Hooray!

App was not working properly and I waited 5 days with no reply to emails from support and have had to delete the app. I do not recommend it and have found an easier to use app.

Remarkable! If your product has more than 99 variants then this app was designed for you. It's extremely easy to use and has features that will save you a lot of time when publishing your new product. Not only can you have full control over stylizing the customizer to fit your theme, but the customer support guru's are very eager to make sure your experience with Product Customizer is the absolute best. Thanks for creating this user friendly app!

Excellent app to bypass the 100 variant restriction in Shopify. The custom text fields are also very useful for certain applications if you wish to get custom information from a customer for a product. Very useful. Thanks Product Customiser!

The app is great. It was the solution to our problem - adding customizations to all our products. The app is really easy to understand and use and the support is great. They were friendly and replied really fast to our inquiries. There is one minus though, for those that have a large inventory to edit. The app doesn't allow to bulk edit product. Each product must be edited individually, and this can prove a little hard when you have an inventory of over 1.000 items.
