This Product Customizer App allows me to have the functionality I need with my store to allow my customers the ability to send me their information with their order, saving on time and eliminating a lot of the hassle. This functionality also presents a more professional appearance to my operating as well. Thank you so much!! (Edited 4/26/2016): I've recently upgraded to the Premium version, and I'm so happy I did. The ability to charge for certain add-ons or features has given me the additional functionality for which I was looking. The fact that the developers install this upgrade for you for free is a HUGE value. They also helped me with some additional tweaks I needed afterwards. I cannot speak enough about the high quality of customer service they offer. I am beyond impressed. Thank you!

Product Customizer has been a truly awesome app! It makes adding options to each product seamless, no more confusing variant mayhem. This app is extremely user friendly, very quick and simple to use and access. And the best part is their customer service, if you have a question or need help with something they are super quick to not answer but fix it and then follow up to make sure it works correctly. We would highly recommend Product Customizer! No problems or issues to report of as of yet.

Functional, but clunky. The interface doesn't allow reordering options within a customization, so if you want to reorder or add an option anywhere but the bottom of the list, you have to delete your old options and retype them. Did your list include a typo? No problem - just delete everything after the typo and retype it all. For an app that supposedly offers unlimited customizations and options, this is an unforgivable oversight. The interface doesn't allow a default that isn't the top field, so mid-range choices can never be the default without being out of order. As of Feb 2014, the interface has an annoying bug that both displays the customization order in the control panel out-of-order from the actual final display and moves the wrong selections when you do move them. As a result, I'm unable to get my first customization to the top. For such a bare bones interface, I'd have expected this bug to never escape testing. The customizer only allows selections in a long list - there's no ability to group customizations under headlines, include explanatory information between each option, or insert photos. The interface doesn't distinguish between unmodified customizations and those you haven't saved yet, so you have to either keep track of what you've changed or re-save everything. Product Customizer works... sorta.

Product Customizer is a fantastic app - we use it to gather engraving details from our customers. Easy to use and easy to set up, this is a must have for any one selling customized items!

This is a very helpful tool. I was able to do exactly what I needed to do to sell my product. In the past I have had to work with very large and difficult files to make changes and show the different prices, colors and styles of my product.....not anymore!

This app really gave us the ability to add unlimited options. We only have around 30 products but they come in hundreds of variations. I would love to see some new features though. I would also like to see the ability to stay within the same window rather than having to use another one for the customizer.

This was the perfect app for us at Honeymellow as we specialise in personalisation. In just a few minutes we had installed the app and were busy adding to products multiple options or boxes in which to write text. It has totally transformed the shopping experience for our customers making customisation quick and easy. A huge thank-you to the team behind this app for creating such a brilliant product and at such a small price too.

Product customizer has really helped with creating my new website. It is definitely beneficial in that if your business has very specific products that need multiple options like our business, it will save you many hours of work. The only downfall so far has been that if you forget something you cannot add it once its been saves. You have to start all over which if you have invested in a lot of hours this could become a true headache. I am told there will be a update to these issues and am currently waiting for this to launch because I have about 500 products that I need to fix but cant. Since I am new and learning as I go this is the only issue I have run into. Once they add these fixes it will be a perfect app

Product Customizer is awesome, and Justin is a great help. I needed help resizing a text area after adding it and Justin just did it for me. We also needed it because we have a huge number of options/permutations (some products having 120+ color options). I just pasted all 120+ color codes into the option, and they all showed up and look great. Update 2015-08-07: We needed a little help again, and Justin logged right on and fixed a problem with one of our e-mail templates. The app is great, and so is the support.

This app is easy to use, allows for all of our customizations to be easily entered by our customers. Plus, customer service is great. Emails are promptly answered, and little tweaks are promptly handled...Love it

The Product Customizer app saves me so much time and money! Lots of rings we sell comes in the customer's choice of 24 different sizes, plus 5 different material options, plus 13 different center stone shapes, PLUS 9 different center stone sizes! These multiple different options used to mean that every ring spent hundreds of SKUs and without upgrading to a higher level of Shopify, I'd be limited to a very small selection of jewelry. This app allows me to add different product options without the hassle of a 100,000 excel sheet for each product import -- and the saved sets make it a task that takes less than 5 seconds for each product. I love it! That said, my only wish for this product would be that it would allow for different product options input by Product Optimizer to update the cost of the product (like having different variants in Shopify does). Update: February 2017 I had asked for this variant pricing option for a year or more and it looks like the team at Product Customizer added this feature. I'll be using it soon.

Very simple to use, and crucial for my business since I offer lots of color and size options that Shopify can't handle. So glad to have this app!
