The app claimed to do what I needed, however the software didn't work properly and consistently and their customer service failed to help after repeated requests over a two week period. I will update this review should they decide to remedy this.
Hello to our friends with Heinrichs Jewelry, Sean here, the Customer Success Manager with Product Customizer. I just reviewed the convos and it looks like from May 21 - May 24, we left you hanging. I'm SO sorry about that. Obviously we have some work to do at this point with our support team so that we aren't losing track of these conversations. That is not the way we want to do business, and it wasn't intentional. I will be doing what needs to be done to make sure that doesn't happen to any of our valued clients in the future. That said, I now have our tier 1 developer looking into this for you to try and get to the bottom of it and get it finally resolved. First off, he is doing an inventory "refresh" on your store right now, which will take a few of hours (sometimes up to 12) to complete. Let's see how that does, then re-check later this afternoon. I am in Denver (12:22pm MST my time presently)... so I'll be here. And Ainsley will be here for the next 6-7 hours... and I am back in first thing tomorrow mornings, so doing everything in our power to get this fully fixed for you asap. The worst app and customer support ever, I have been in troubles to put my data then the app crashed and the support deleted my data without any permission and told me they solved the problem, I added the data and setup everything again then it crashed again, Support replies after 5 mails and a week of waiting, they destroyed and delayed my business and deals, Please choose any other app.

This app saved my life! Shopify does not allow the insertion of customized variants. Excellent app. The technical staff in less than 24 hours also customized me the app for the theme I had. All the requests I sent have been made. Good job.

Update 3/30/2023 Support team has been super easy and quick to help us with our issues we've encountered. Very Indepth Application, however, we do encounter quite a bit of lag between the application and Shopify when we are doing a mass update to our products. A wonderful feature would be the ability to update the order of options in a template that automatically updates the order of options to the products that template is assigned to. We find ourselves have to remove all options from our products and reapplying the template each time we change the order of options in a template. Also to be able to apply rules to a template without first have to do it in the product customize page would be amazing.

Mass-updates to products where thousands of changes are taking place with one click do unfortunately take a little time to flow through all back-end systems. But we will be looking into other ways to speed that up. In regards to the limitations with making changes to templates that lots of products use, I am adding this to our product roadmap now. This app rocks! SO easy to add unlimited variants to all my products, its very easy to use on the back end. Love the conditional logic and that I can apply a whole group of options (a template) to whole collections of products on my store at once. Highly recommend!

Tech support was awesome!! I love this add-on to my Shopify site. It allows me to create purchasing programs, with multiple options for my customers that are clear and easy to follow. Had to run the set-up wizard and somehow made a mistake along the way, but tech support had it fixed in no time. Thanks! Love this app

This app did everything I needed it to for my jewelry business. My jewelry is very customizable. Each item has multiple options such as metal type, stone type, stone quantity, etc. I was able to organize everything exactly the way I wanted, and add rules to each variant so that I could control which options are shown to the customer, based on the selections they make. With the help of the customer service team, we were able to make other changes that I didn't even know were possible. Just ask the support team about anything you want or are envisioning for your website. Almost always they are able to make things work the way you want! Great customer service, great app!

Installed easily with Shopify free themes but when I needed help with a more custom theme to install, they emailed back within an hour on a Saturday. Also checked and did everything before responding, by the time they emailed it was to let me know they solved it

Phenomenal. I was searching and searching for a good variant app, and this is the ONE. Let me walk you through what makes it so good: 1. Quick, easy setup. If you’re not confident with coding the expert team has it up and running within a couple of hours. 2. Easy to use. Out of the several I have tested this has the most straightforward interface. It had every function I wanted from swatches to pricing per variant. 3. Design integration - if you have a clue about CSS it’s fairly easy to amend to make it look the same. If, like me, you’re a bit of a novice, they have a cracking team who’s reply rate is swift. They had my design exactly how I wanted it within 1 email! All in all a great app, and a massive shout out to Steven. Been incredibly helpful from the outset and an asset to their team.
