Love the options and ability to customize your own products. We have been searching the right app for a long time and even started hiring a developer to build it ourselves before we found this app, which knocked it out of the park in terms of functionality. No custom developer needed anymore as this app is perfect.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!! I came over from Bold options (what a disaster) everything I wanted that Bold Options failed to deliver is included with this app!!!! Pros: - easy install - Implemented all options in 15 minutes without training - support available, even 5.58am - Works on FLEX theme by OOTSB Cons: - Logic option not available in Base package, for now I have to do without

It's difficult to use, and when I want to uninstall, I find it difficult to uninstall. This has caused me a lot of trouble, the customer service efficiency is very low, I am very angry! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

This is a great app to add customization options for your customers. It is very intuitive and easy to use. We had some issues integrating it but Yaneeke did an outstanding job fixing all our issues. Absolutely would recommend!

This is a must have app for my store. I have many customizable listings, and this is an all in one solution that provides so many easy options. Collins helped me recently with an issue that came up with my store theme, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.

We have been a Product Customizer client/user for 8 years now. Our entire business is based on custom names, addresses, graphics, etc. to laser engrave and embroider on a wide variety of luggage and equipment tags. In those 8 years, we have only had to reach out 3 times, the latest happened this weekend when we updated our store theme to the latest version. The team quickly responded with a solution and stayed in communication the whole time - allowing us to test and publish our update. Highly recommend! Thank you for the many years of great customer support.

I'm so sorry that there was a delay between when you updated a product on your store and when it showed in our app. Usually that takes 1-2 seconds... sometimes if it is a bigger change (or a whole bunch of changes), it can take 1-2 minutes. Can you let me know if you saw that issue again? It should be VERY rare with our app. We are always also working on improvements to our app, so we will be working on this right away! Thanks so much! After removing the App it's still there on my Theme code causing conflict with the New App that i have install on my shop, have contact the DEV team for solution to Remove Completely their App form my Store. Still waiting their response....

I used this app to help me add a specific customization where some items would require an up-charge. Even though the app did not work perfectly at first, tech support was quick and helpful! Questions were answered on a Sunday. Tech support kept e-mailing me as well, making sure that everything was working correctly. Great experience!
