the app is really hard to install really bad fo the premium price. I just unistalled. Dosen't work for my theme.
Carlos, Thanks for leaving this feedback for us. I show that you emailed us for help, then we emailed you 25 minutes later... and you had already uninstalled the app so we could not help you from there. Normally it's standard to wait for a reply from the app developer (me) before leaving a negative review on the app store. We 100% would have cleaned up any issues within 1 HOUR of your email to us. Can you give us a chance to help you? We can offer a lower monthly price *** and make 100% sure that the app is working as expected. You don't have to install anything - we will do ALL that for you. I'm using this app for various options for a jersey. I wish the conditional logic component was included in the basic plan like some of their competitors, but overall a good app.

Highly recommend this app. The support has always been great. The initial install was easy. I did purchase a theme that the install had to be modified so now anytime I update my theme, I have to have them update my code but they respond so quickly that it hardly matters.

I want to manage several websites. All of my customized websites have installed this APP. Generally speaking, it is very good, especially their technicians are very good at handling problems. I have a website theme because it can’t display customized attributes. After reacting to them, I quickly dealt with it, and then the style couldn’t be aligned. I also tried to ask them to help. I didn’t expect them to adjust it for me.

The technical support department is too bad, always prolonging the support time, badly affecting the business. 1 star

I see that your unique theme was causing a rare issue with compatibility with our app, and it did take our support team longer than normal as they tried to get to the bottom of it. The customer support is truly outstanding. The person I worked with on the product customization team worked tirelessly until a couple of issues I had due to a theme update were resolved. Highly recommend!

This APP is very good, the settings are not complicated, and other settings are more convenient. One very good thing is that their customer service response speed is the fastest in all my installed apps. It seems that their company has a comment. I also used it. The same customer service responded quickly.

This App used to be brilliant with no issues what's so ever, Something as changed and this app is so unreliable these days you add a product and 45 mins you still can't add the Personalization fields "Product Not Found"

One of Worst app in this category.. product not able to synced with real time.. every time i have to contact to customer support.. what the hell is this also they charge 19$ for nothing..

The app works with every theme I've tried and updates within seconds of changing themes! Every time I've had to reach out with a question, they respond incredibly quick! Highly recommend trying if you need a drop down menu or adding customization options to your product pages in any way!

We use this app to add customized options to our products throughout our website. Whether it just be a checkbox option or an additional cost option, it is very consistent and works well with our product pages. It is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I would definitely recommend using this application.

My current theme has a cart feature with a drawer that isn't compatible with this product, but the development team worked with me to make adjustments to create a workaround for this (by removing that element of the cart). We had several days of back and forth to get things squared away, but I was satisfied with their responsiveness and ultimately I'm happy with where we landed and am excited to have this app on my site! (I deducted one star since we had to disable the cart drawer as opposed to it working with this type of modern cart feature)
