The app is far better than majority of others I have tried. You're able to have multiple discounts at once and add products in quickly and easily. The support is great, they will always help where they can. The only thing I've noticed is a slight time lag - when you click from page to page to view products, for a second there is no sale and then it pops up a second later. I do have a large catalogue and perhaps that is why. Overall, highly recommend!

Its useful, saves us from manually adjusting sales prices. Wish it could create a sale with multiple discounts for different products. Life is never so simple

Review Update. I'm still using Bold Discounts but it's only because of the 5 Star support that they offer. After my first, disaster with the app, I installed a previous version that was more stable but still buggy. It added code into the site and messed up my image view for a while but a big shout out to Guri who fixed it all for me. So, for now, I'm sticking with it as it is great for bulk discounts. I've upped the stars to 4 because of the support I received from Bold. It would be five if there's wasn't the issue of rouge code. If they can make it more stable then it'll definitely be 5 Stars. **Forget about this app. It was a total nightmare. When I deleted the discounts I set up from the app they were not removed from the store so I had to go into the site and remove each one and re-price them one by one! Also, some of the discounts the app applied were 30% & 40% rather than the 10% & 20% I wanted and even a few products were reduced to €0!!! I don't like writing poor reviews but as this app cost an extensive amount of money (in extra discounts) and time, I want to warn others about the pitfalls.

Secondly, I wanted to sincerely apologize for the issues you ran into with the app. From our end, it looks like there was too much time between responses due to trying to look into things for you, and the time zone differences. Unfortunately, due to an unknown bug that was discovered over the weekend, the prices were not properly reflecting, and reverted back. If you are interested in trying out our previous version of Bold Discounts, we'd be happy to help you with that, and we want to do anything we can to turn this around for you since it was not at all the sort of experience we want our customers to have when they use one of our apps.

Easy to install and the support team was very helpful. We hope to see a double digit increase in shopping carts and increase in overall revenue.

This app is fantastic! It does exactly what it says, and it does it well. A very easy to use app that makes doing a sale very simple. The only problem we have with it is the $14.99 monthly cost. We can't justify spending that much on it. A $4.99 price point would be more feasible.

The app does what it says and looks great on your site with the red sale tags and the crossed out prices. New users please test on one collection first before you put your whole store on sale because somehow my discount was applied twice, So that was a bit stressful. After reaching out support I received an almost instant reply and very prompt responses followed by a solution. I would definitely recommend this app if not for its function, definitely for it's support team, they are friendly, informative, and very helpful.

If possible, I'd give this 4.5 stars...we use it all the time at https://groovemonkee.com and it's definitely worth it. The ability to "set and forget" various sales is priceless. Overall, well designed and implemented.

Brilliant app and a brilliant support. Dan helped a great deal with clear explanations and quick come back. Only downside I found so far is the inability to change product price while sale is on without affecting the automation of the sale on said product but it is a minor issue.

I see the potential but it missed half the products on my first sale. Had to do a manual work around. Bold says updated version coming out. They just don't know when.

Very useful app. The option to schedule your sales is pretty huge. The interface is fairly simple and easy to use. Worked great for us at http://level1productions.com I rated 4 stars, because I'm still missing a couple things: - the option to setup one sale where you can pick different prices for different products. Rather then having to make separate sales if some items are $5, $10, $20... off. - it should be a little more clear, how to make a sale for an item that's already on sale. (We usually have a big sale day and then push certain items with even lower hourly special prices) - I wish there was a function to only put certain sizes/colors of one product for sale.

I love that you can pick and choose what to apply discounts to since shopify won't all the exclude things from discount codes. If you have a lot of items in your shop it does take a while to update them all. My other con is if you have new items you add after you create the coupon even if you have it applied to the entire site it won't auto add those new items. You have to re-sync the sale which again can be time consuming. I have also had issues with the timing of things not working right. I don't use the app as much as I should as it does have some great features! With it being a one time fee I do feel it's worth it for sure!

Not the most intuitive app, but it serves its purpose. It could use some interface updates.

Seems to work OK, been having some trouble with the BOGO option that we bought it for and found out we have to buy another app to make them work together. Have e-mailed tech support and waiting for a response But looks like it will be able to do great things!!

Very easy to use and useful! My only complaint is you can't stop a discount from taking effect if it's already started -- last night I started a discount by accident, and it took 2 hours to take effect, so I had to wait 2 hours to turn it off. It would be nice to have a cancel button during that process.

On Saturday March 8th, I purchased the App "Product Discount". On Sunday, I asked for some minor technical help and on Monday 10th the promised features to drive our promotions including sales flag and clock are already up and running. Thanks to the Bold Apps Team for developing the application and speedy response. I would like to see that I could customize the wording "SALE" to for example PROMO - hope that feature exist or is coming soon. Hermann
