Clara was absolutely amazing with the support! She quickly understood the issue, accessed the store professionally, and fixed the “Load More” button problem on my collection page very fast. What impressed me the most was her patience, clear communication, and the way she made sure nothing else on the store was affected — including discounts and wishlist features. Honestly, if there were an option to give 100 stars, I would definitely give Clara 100/100 Unfortunately, Shopify only allows 5 stars Super professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. (0 star) They say that you will pay for "Tiered pricing by catalog size: 500 → 500k products by Professional $39 plan, but it is not true. I do more have more than 40k products in my store, and they wanted me to pay them $350/month. This is crazy. And here on shopify store app, you can see that they have 4 differents plans including free plan, after installeted it you will not see these plan. The app is not even working as I want it work.

Works well for collection page filters and search. There's been quite a few instances where it overrides other apps and interferes with functionality, but the support team is responsive and is always able to find a solution. Being based in the US, it can take a while for the back and forth since support is overseas.

If you are looking for a really good search application for your store - it's your best choice. It is really smart, for our parts store it matches exactly what are you looking for, even my customers now calling me less. Also filtration is so good if you know how to setup thing, but still if you don't know how to, their team is always online and helping. So fair price for such a product

Fatal, la use 10 minutos, me desonfiguró todo el theme, la borré y me cobraron el plan mensual. Es una estafa no la descagueis porfavor. Le escribo y no contestan.

El equipo de soporte es maravilloso, me ayudaron a resolver un problema que no me dejó dormir en el cual no se podían ver los botones de agregar al carrito en las tarjetas de productos de mi catálogo, pero eso se solucionó y próximamente me estarán ayudando a resolver un par de problemitas más por la diferencia horaria, lo cual es totalmente entendible, gracias chicoos!! <3
