The app is nice a simple to use and the support team incredibly helpful. But what is desperately needed is merchandising rules to search results. The ability to promote and demote products based on something like product tags would be a huge improvement to the current search results. The hide option is not viable as it will hide the products from the site completely. The accuracy of the searching is also wildly inconsistent. More layout options for the pop outs such as choosing the order results appear in would be great as well as an option for customers to choose the number of columns in category and search pages.

Although the app can occasionally have bugs, the customer support is solid (thanks, Clara) and issues are resolved promptly.

Rocky start but overall great customer service! I do wish some of the stuff was more intuitive but overall still a great product & team!

The app does a great job providing user friendly filtering options. When I have reached out to the developer they are very responsive and fix problems quickly. The only negative is that I have had the app fail on several occasions. It wasn't until I notice the failures and contacted Globosoftware that the issues are addressed.

L'application est facile à installer, le service à la clientèle est rapide et efficace pour les personnalisations ou les problèmes à régler (Merci Clara!). L'ajout des filtres est une fonction très appréciée de nos clientes! Seul bémol : il faut synchroniser manuellement l'app chaque fois qu'on fait des modifications à nos collections (collections automatiques) car ce processus ne se fait pas automatiquement. Ce serait bien que cette synchro se fasse automatiquement à intervalles réguliers.

There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is very efficient.

There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer or a dev using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is great. The filters work great, are easy to setup, and their team is always quick to respond and help with any issues in our configuration, implementation, and guidance on customization or any other particular questions. The app does get extremely expensive depending on your catalog size, but our site could not work without it, and the competitors do not offer a comparable experience.

It's a good app which is intuitive to use and any bugs that occour do get fixed by a manual refresh or by the support team (special mention to Helen)

Solid app with a few hurdles at first: I initially had a rough experience with this app due to some major glitches that impacted my storefront—checkout was blocked, products weren’t showing, and my site would occasionally freeze. It took a few frustrating support tickets (including with Shopify) to trace the root cause, one of which turned out to be a conflict with Smart Filter while having Afterpay installed. To their credit, the support team was responsive and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Since then, it’s been running smoothly and doing what I need it to do. The interface can be a bit confusing, and I’ve had to reach out for help more than once, but they’ve always come through with solutions. Overall, it's a good tool—just be prepared for a small learning curve and make sure it plays nicely with any other apps you’re using.
