A lot of issues . not working at all
(0 star) They say that you will pay for "Tiered pricing by catalog size: 500 → 500k products by Professional $39 plan, but it is not true. I do more have more than 40k products in my store, and they wanted me to pay them $350/month. This is crazy. And here on shopify store app, you can see that they have 4 differents plans including free plan, after installeted it you will not see these plan. The app is not even working as I want it work.
Fatal, la use 10 minutos, me desonfiguró todo el theme, la borré y me cobraron el plan mensual. Es una estafa no la descagueis porfavor. Le escribo y no contestan.
Stopped working all of sudden yesterday and none of the collection pages were loading affecting conversions. Had to disable the app. Extremely disappointed
Search on web mobile stopped working completely. This impacted our conversion drastically. We contacted them via form in the app and via email. No reaction. By now, we have received the first reply: it is the weekend and the development team is only available during Vietnam office hours. I recommend strongly to stay away from this app as they don't seem to understand what it means if your search breaks and they definitely won't fix it during non office hours..
Initially thought it was a really good app but have had to turn it off as the search function stopped working. Support wasn't very helpful who kept redirecting my queries and didn't seem to understand any of my questions. Shame as it could have been a good app.
Really bad app for the price being charged, many of the filters do not work . For everything we need to get in touch with the support to make it work. DO NOT RECOMMEND this ..
No support systems & this app does not work.
Poor Support system. No Live support during installations. Bit complex if you have already a filter in place.
DO NOT USE THIS APP! Every week, the app has a new problem! The support is astonishingly bad. We asked if they could re-create a filter for us and then disable it. The support said yes. A few minutes later, the support asked, "is there anything else I can help you with?" Then we reconfirmed whether they can recreate a filter for us and then disable it. The support said yes again. 1 hour later, the support sent us a screenshot that we sent to them. We don't understand what was going on. The support team also pays no attention to our messages, screenshots, or videos. They neglect every detail. We have to repeat ourselves and explain to them 2-3 times for each issue. The other problem is that you cannot follow up with an ongoing ticket the next day. The chat window basically refreshes every day. So the next day, you have to contact the support again for the same question. Talking to the support really wasted us a lot of time. We thought about subscribing to the Professional plan ,but now we would go for the Basic plan. The app also malfunctions from time to time. Sometimes the instant search just does not work and the support cannot fix it. This is the worst app on Shopify and we paid for the yearly plan. When the support fixes one issue, another will immediately come out of nowhere. The support responds very slowly and can never completely fix an issue

Please do not try this app. Request a full refund and uninstall due to a lack of prompt support and follow-up. We had their other app as well, and tried to get help with the bottom nav for the mobile site, but we still cannot get anyone. Will find a new solution...
Tiene muchas fallas, se cae y deja la pagina sin filtros, pasan horas y nada que carga, ademas en el servicio al cliente empiezan con un proceso y nunca mas responden
The search feature stopped working suddenly on mobile and tablet. was only functional on desktops. asked for support to help out with this they said to purchase a paid plan and blamed us for the issue. They said they will only help if we gave money to them every month. highly dissapointed. They said because we changed the code it happened but confirmed if we get the paid plan they will sort it out. this is absolutely bullying and unethical behaviour.
This app I would say is made for pop-up or non brand stores as it has a lot of bugs & page speed issue even after their team trying to fix it for 5-6 days. The support is really slow & do not know answer to most of the queries or issues for which they have to consult "developer team" which takes almost a whole day. The collections also do not auto-update after products are jumbled, we have to press "sync now" button every time. Their team messed with our theme files only for us to take a decision that this is not a viable solution for the long run.
(0 Stars) We’ve been using this app for a long time, but unfortunately, the reliability has been consistently poor. This is not a one-off issue, outages and syncing failures happen almost every month. During our recent sale, products completely disappeared from all collection pages due to the app not functioning properly. Customers were unable to browse or purchase, which directly impacted our business. This resulted in a revenue loss of over $5,000 during a critical sales period. What’s more concerning is that the response is usually the same “temporary server issue” with no clear long-term fix or preventive measures shared. Suggested workarounds like disabling filters or app embeds are not real solutions, as they defeat the purpose of using the app in the first place. For a paid app that plays such a critical role in storefront functionality, this level of instability is unacceptable. Unless there are significant improvements in reliability and infrastructure, we cannot recommend this app to other businesses.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS APP! We've used this app for a very long time, but we encountered some weird issues during this time as well, never knew it was all due to this app. After adding a few new products and synchronising the app, all of a sudden almost all of our collection pages (also irrelevant pages for the new products) kept showing 'there are no products available in this collection'. On a live shop with thousands of visitors each day this costs a lot of money to not have any of your products shown on the collection page. As we suspected it was due to the app, we removed the app and our website is working perfectly again within a second. When working properly the app works fine and is easy to use with a lot of options, but if you're unaware and customers won't give you a heads-up about it, it could potentially cost you (tens of) thousands of dollars dependend on your average revenue..
terrible- doesn't auto sync ever and customer support is hard to reach.
Unfortunately, we've had nothing but negative experiences with this application and their support team. I've had to manually sync the app every 15 minutes today or the application will show the products as sold out on site. We've checked everything on the back end and this is 100% due to the application malfunctioning. I'd email them but we've never received a response from the developer in the last 2 years. We're moving on to another service that provides customer support.
Made it live on our store and then it basically just resulted in no products for our collection. Totally strange and had to uninstall it
