Smart Product Filter & Search

Fantastic service! I needed to add extra code to see the SKU detail in the collection list output and was having trouble sorting it out. I contacted Globo and they responded and added the code themselves all within an hour of me contacting them (I live in New Zealand and was expecting to hear back in about 12 hours). I'm not sure that it gets much better than that. And I am very pleased with how the app works too. Adding to this (Sept 1st), I had another problem which was dealt with in very quick time. Customer Support is very good! And again this week (Nov 2020), their assistance with a problem I was having with Shopify's search functionality was above and beyond what I was expecting. The support really is superb! Adding again (Feb 4th) - More support needed today for a small customization that I didn't think was going to work. Globo's developer came through with the help I needed and solved my problem within a few hours of me getting in touch. So that's 6 out of 5 stars from me! July 2021 - Just needed another small problem that popped up today looked at by Globo and they got back to me within the hour and had the problem sorted in very good time by one of their developers. So that's 7 out of 5 stars for me now. Still very happy with the app and the service. Just had a pagination problem sorted out by Globo support and they acted on it directly = plus one more star! App is very user friendly and fully customisable for each collection, You use the Optional Variants as filters and integrates well with most themes. Customer Service responds in a timely manner and are very helpful with fixing issues. Only minor improvement is documentation when setting up colour filters but they do have an Info page that is very useful as well. Would recommend this app.

Really great app, our website really needed a heavy filter system and this filter app does exactly what we need it to! we ran into a few glitches along the way however the customer service from the app team was amazing and always prompt and willing to help to resolve the issue! fixed it straight away for us would highly recommend the app to others.

I purchased this app to make it easier to search the multiple products within my store- it does the trick! I've had a few issues with product pictures disappearing in the store, but Emma and the team always come through and help correct any bugs! Exactly what we needed!! An easy way for customers to sort hundreds of products to their desired brand, size, color, etc. Great app! I enjoyed the long free trial period... it helped me gain confidence in the app without feeling pressured!!! Super great way to build confidence and trust. I always cancel an application if it is not easy to use or if I don't have the ability to see its potential for my business. The price is super reasonable and you are able to adjust your subscription based on the size of your shop - BRAVO! Giving us little guys a chance. We pay $12/M for sorting capabilities up to 1000 products. The cheaper option is $9/M which is AMAZING. The App was super easy to connect to my online shop - we use FLOW as our theme. Five Stars especially for the customer service. I am building a new shop and has some issues matching the colors of the app to my shop desingn. the customer service team did a great job fixing this for me in very short time. I am very happy with the result and i am confident this will work great once the shop is online.

Update (1/22/21). This app has just been through a significant upgrade and the support team went out of their way to work with me to make sure that customizations I had added, were still functional in the new version. Much appreciated. I like the flexibility this app offers for displaying multiple different filters across various collections. There are lots of customization options and you can implement additional options via Liquid coding, if needed. I have not had any major issues and the support team has been responsive to queries and suggestions.
