After checking nearly all the filter options within the Shopify App store, this option is without a doubt the best and most functional. For our store, the ability to assign filter menus to different collections is paramount as our products behave differently and we cannot use a one-filter approach. This feature plus reasonable pricing and excellent customer service from Helen made this app an obvious choice.

I installed a new theme and this app completely messed up that theme's layout. They were willing to help me get my theme's setup back to what it was, but unfortunately they didn't solve it and it took over several weeks. So I have uninstalled this app and installed another one that doesn't mess up the theme. So warning to anyone installing this app, it will override a lot of settings in your collection's page.

We initially installed the Smart Product Filter & Search App to make use of the splitting out variants feature on our collection pages. This was super easy to do and only required a check box. However the Smart Search function is also a really good upgrade for themes with very basic search functionality, and it gives loads of options for suggested search terms, collections and trending products. The filter features are very robust, and offer all the filter functionality that we require. It would be nice if there was an option to make the filter bars stick to the page, I'm sure there is a way to do this with additional coding knowledge. The support team are really helpful and got back to my question within a few hours. Would highly recommend this App!

I'm only on the free trial, but the team (specifically Helen) has been extremely helpful in setting everything up! We ran into a few issues with how we wanted it to look and couldn't figure out how to adjust on our own so the development team answered our questions and offered solutions/fixed things very quickly so we could be up and running ASAP. The functions that this app offers for our store are really amazing and is very customizable which I love.

So far so good. Lots of options on this app so took a bit to dial in. Had some issues on setup and the devs handled it very quickly. No downsides to using this! Site is speedy and it works fantastic on mobile. The only downside is when manually adjusting organization of options when using meta fields. Every time you update, you need to manually sync the app. This resets the manual orders. Was able to get around this by creating collections, which does not have this issue.
