Smart Product is the perfect filtering app-- balanced between user friendly and feature loaded, plus very sleek appearance. I tried three similar apps but could not make them work properly for my needs, or they looked sloppy on my site. This app has helped solve a number of issues we had on our Shopify store. We are able to have a customisable filter tree, hide out of stock products, as well as group colour swatches for better user experience and much more. When I encountered a small error/glitch within the app I contacted support where Helen promptly responded within the day and resolved my issue immediately. So far very impressed by this app and their customer service offering.

This is an excellent app for stores with a large inventory where helping customers filter and find products is crucial. The support team is outstanding; they responded quickly to our customization requests. Before requesting these changes, we had considered switching to another app, but since our issues have been resolved, we plan to continue using this one for a long time. 5 Star for the support team. They are very responsive. I wish they had pricing breaks for if you had multiple stores or subdomains. It can get quite expensive if you are using it on multiple stores.

Multiple menus can be created and allow you to group products according to tags. The application is good, but the support is very laborious, many exchanges to obtain a result, changes made quickly without thinking! They also couldn't get two of their apps to work together. A change to one caused problems on the other. I was forced to choose this app and uninstall the other for pre-orders.

The app does exactly what it is needed and designed to do! It is straightforward to follow and work through from the installation to the set-up. Any issues I have had have been very easily and swiftly dealt with by their amazing support team.
