This app was good and fit with my need for cloth website, and their staff are amazing, they help me adjust so tiny things that i requested and they can do it for me so quickly love it so much. 100/10 recommend!!

This app helped us to have all the filters that we needed. Easy to use and great customer service. Very fast to resolve any issues or help with the setup. The only thing that is a bit annoying - you have to sync the app every time you make any changes to collections otherwise the changes won't show. Rather than that, good app!

Excellent app. Easy to use, well designed, all the needed features. Their support is also 5-star, extremely quick to respond and solve problems. Communication is excellent. I would recommend this app to anyone over any other of the same type, which we have tried a lot. You are in good hands!

Works really well once you have it dialed in. It did require reaching out to support a couple times but they were great to work with. Very happy with this app.

Really nice filter menu that's snappy and customizable. And the customer service in terms of helping implement and adapt to your theme is top notch. Update: taking one star off because I've had an issue where suddenly my collections broke and I had to disable the app entirely to keep my website functional. Looking around at alternative options, this app may still be the best option, but I will update if the issue is fixed or if I end up switching to a different app. Update 2: adding a star back because they did fix the above issue reasonably fast, and the service for customization has been very good. It's not a perfect app, I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but despite the big hiccup, it's the best I've been able to find.

App was down and all items in our collection pages are not loading, customers unable to place orders. Support was quick to resolve this.

I initially encountered some compatibility issues with this app when trying to integrate it with my existing applications. To be honest, I was quite disappointed at first. However, my entire perspective changed when I reached out to their customer service team. Helen and her team proved to be a breath of fresh air. They were not only willing to listen to my concerns but also open to collaborating with my other apps to resolve the compatibility issue. What really stood out to me was their dedication to assisting me even though I was still in the trial period. Overall, I'm impressed with the customer-centric approach of this app's team. They've turned my disappointment into optimism, and I'm looking forward to seeing how this app evolves with their dedicated support.

The customer service is very patient, they reply very quickly to emails you send them, and they fulfill all your requests, which is really convenient and saves us a lot of time!
