We've been using this it for more than a year. The App is very powerful and the support is very fast and efficient. You always feel safe and enjoyable to work with Globo team. Highly recommended!

Bad app if you have a customized store. Every time their tech team try to work on a bug, always screwed up the functionality and we had to restore from the backup to fix their mess. Can't trust them anymore.

My shop is very peculiar compared with other shops so there are a lot of things that need straightening out. Customer service is very prompt and very good, answering all my questions quickly. Very happy with the functionality of the app and the service I've received.

Amazing service. I don't typically leave reviews but Globo definitely needs more recognition. I found their Smart Product Filter after using their FREE Product Options & Variant app. Interface is easy and app offers a bunch of customizations. If you want any other customizations, you can reach out and they will help. Any questions or requests I have are typically resolved within 48 hrs.

I inquired about a problem with app. The next day the issue was quickly resolved. Their response was prompt and excellent.

The app works and support is ok. However, the collection speed is after implementing the app extremely slow. I am trying right now to solve this with my developer but the support does apparently not help us. As a paying customer I am expecting more.

Does the job. We are currently using search faucets , but will consider other uses as well. Helen at Customer support is awesome. Very happy with the service.

Absolutely love the look and functionality of the app. After some testing, I noticed a few issues that needed tweaking so I messaged the developer-- I always heard back from them very quickly and they fixed the problem immediately. Very functional and customizable. Works great and better features/capabilities than the built-in Shopify 2.0 filters. Support was very responsive and resolved the minor issue I had. Well worth it!

Great service with fast response. We use this app on the side of our collections to help customers sort through the product types, vendor, or collections so we don't clutter up our website with more collections pages than we need.
