Their Smart Product Filter app for Shopify is the best app in the app store. I really love the simplicity of the app. Their service is super quick and fantastic. Once I was stuck on an issue they immediately resolved it.

One of the first apps I installed permanently after starting my shop after trying out most of the other search/category apps on there. Brilliant app does what it says on the tin. No impact on store performance. What really makes it worth 5 stars is the support and the willingness of the team to adjust the app to your requirement at zero notice. The plug-in is very easy to use and has powerful functions. It solved the problem of user search. I encountered a small problem in the process of using it. After contacting the customer service, the problem was solved very well.

I've been using this app for about 6 months and it's perfect for my needs. The filter menu works well and when I ran into a small issue the support team were able to provide a solution in a very short space of time. Definitely a 5-star app

Pretty easy to customize (if you have code skills, you do wathever you want, but if you don't, still easy, and have a lot of options ), excellent support, probably the best search app available on shopify!

The App is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. We needed small customizations before buying it, they were done rapidly (less than 24 hours). Great communication with Helen from the support team. Overall the best App and support I've experienced.

No doubt the best filter and search app. I have tried about 8 and this is Nr.1 Many of the other apps are difficult to setup and you need alot of support help to set it up. Here you can customize anything BUT if you need some help as I did. They respond really fast and fix anything within a short amount of time. I rate this app 11/10 +++

So far I've been able to do everything I've wanted to with this app, from filters to color swatches. The team has always been very responsive in fixing issues and other tweaks to get the functionality exactly how I want it. Support has been fast and effectice.

Each time I've reached out for support, no matter the time, day or night, I've always received a quick response back from their support team, specifically Helen. Their customer service goes above and beyond to resolve any issues I experience quickly and professionally. The most recent issue I had caused our site to go down. I'd like to express that it wasn't due to the app performance, but to a new theme we pushed which caused our products not to display on our site. The new theme removed the app's code, but Helen was quick to resolve this issue for us and get us up and running within the hour. Should we ever extend our services to new websites, this app will be one of the first we bring on.

Have been using the app for a while but recently transitioned into a new theme (Dawn). Upon transitioning we came upon some issues but with the very fast support, these were all solved within 1-2 days. Very much appreciated the fast turnaround time!
