Smart Product Filter & Search

Really simple and easy to use app. It added to the website sooooo perfectly and I've used a lot of filter apps, but this one is amazing and looks SO professional. VERY simple instructions and I recommend it!

Perfect for what we need. Customer service fix problems related to the filter and anything that may cause issues within other plugins and themes.

This App is easily the best on the market. Easy to use and the lowest price for a similar solution. But the #1 thing I got to say is the customer service is top notch! Their development team can tweak things unbelievably fast and provide you with exactly what you need. 5/5, 100 out of 100! These guys rock!

When this app is working, it works great - but when it's not working, it doesn't sync automatically, and when it does it sets all of our product settings back to default, so I have to log a ticket to have them sort it (which can take a few days). The app must be down at the moment because I can't even access it, subsequently some of our pages are taking actual minutes to load. Had to download another app to speed the website up just to be able to make sales still while we are looking for an alternative. It's rare this happens but when it does its a complete nightmare. EDIT: Have since spoken with Helen who has helped improve our experience and has been a big help. All issues seem to be sorted for now, fingers crossed it stays this way! EDIT (2 years later): Since speaking to Helen 2 years ago, this app has been working perfectly since. If I've had to log a support request for anything, it's resolved quickly and properly. Pleased we stuck with it - if you're having problems, log a ticket and they will help!

Great app and even better support. Help always on hand and requests turned around really quickly. Not sure how you do it but keep up the good work :)

This app is very useful, we did experience some minor issues with it clashing with Shopify functions but the support team are EXCELLENT and get the issues resolved immediately. Would recommend if you need a filter app!

Customer service was excellent. They responded to our requests accurately, quickly, and kindly. I have never received such excellent customer service support. I would recommend this app to everyone.

Look this would probably be a 5 but I've started with this app and my main reason for giving this rating is because of there swift support and help through the setup. I'm pretty sure we are going to be extremely happy with it's functionality going forward but we've just installed it. Thank you again for all your kind and helpful support guys. Appreciate it!

I wanted to adjust the app to suit a specific aspect of my custom website theme and was not able to do this through the settings options. I sent them an email and their response was timely and considerate towards the issue I was having. In the same day they were able to resolve my issue with haste and professionalism. All stores with multiple items should have some method for filtering through them and the customer service team, as well as the developers make this filter app an easy 'Yes!'

Awesome app! It is very customizable. it works real time and has many options for filters. It has lots of functionalities I was not counting on. It works super fast for filtering and searching. You can take a look at my store Movo Novo.

Usé esta aplicación para poder añadir filtros personalizados a mis colecciones. Funciona bien y permite añadir color/image swatches en la página de colección también. El equipo de soporte son impresionantes. Estuvieron con nosotros en la integración y también puliendo detalles de diseño. Servicio amable y eficiente!

The Smart Product Filter & Search app is very useful and easy to use. It really helps especially when the store is having a large number of collections. It makes the filter options organized!! Plus, the support team are very helpful and active!! Kudos to the whole team! :)

Having used other , similar apps I would say this is probably top of the list at the moment for me. Enough customisation to suit any theme. If you need to get under the hood its much more straight forward than other apps and installation was very easy. If I had any feedback: - After making certain changes, it seems like you have to "re-install" the filter onto the theme. Not a deal breaker but I did wonder why changes weren't reflected sometimes - Not always 100% compatible with all theme features. However Support is very good/responsive and these got dealt with quickly.

Really powerful filering app, provides exactly what we need. Excellent customer service from Helen also.
