Basically this is the best filter and search app out there. Hands down. Support is responsive and knowledgeable. Code is clean and easy to work with. Functionality is well thought through. Still room to improve, but that's a good thing as they seem to easily adapt to the trends and needs of their customers. Thanks Boost PFS!

I am in the process of implementing this app. I have contacted support twice for help with customization/bugs and my issues have been resolved quickly by very friendly developers. So far it is doing everything we expected.

Fantastic app, the filter menu was a game changer for us. Also, the support we received from Henry was excellent. We had a few issues with getting the theme to work correctly with our custom theme and Henry was able to fix the issues quickly and professionally.

Been through it all with different logic to fix filtering on other apps/platforms. Product Filter & Search has incredible UX capabilities. This has been by far the most intuitive process ever! Creating an app that fulfills majority of stores needs is extremely difficult. I believe this has to be a must install for every store. But there is a learning curve that may confuse some.

Powerful app with great customer support. I have been using PFS for over a year with stellar performance. Recently, the team was incredibly responsive and helpful as we built out a new theme and integrated with the Locksmith app to restrict purchase and hide prices on certain items. V3 is a disaster Boost was so good, a bit detrimental on performance (which they wouldn't acknowledge), but overall had lots of positive features V3 came along and completely destroyed it. The trial was great, the AI was performing so-so but it was learning. But then they forced an update where the product block on collections became a widget, rather than just replacing filters. This is an absolute disaster for anyone using more than one template for collections. I really think they should have anticipated this, but they didn't. I'm not sure why this wasn't a forced update in the trial but then it was in the release version. Feel duped into upgrading. Now paying for upgrade but had to go back to V2. Will probably switch to Algolia.

I use this app to help me filter and configure the search feature for my online shop. I am glad I chose Boost Commerce product as they have a great way to sort it out and filter by keywords which makes the customer's experience much more interesting and helpful.
