I simply couldn't recommend these guys enough to anyone! Simply amazing talented developers, support and marketing team that work together with exceptional communication and whole lot of hearted team-work. These guys have scaled us a lot with our own customised theme, allowing us to customise the filter to meet our exact structure, style and company aims & objective. The developers are super supportive and respond, fix instantly! They have even fixed issues that were not from their end and provided the best feedback, recommendations and fixes they could for the service you pay them. I would like to give a big shout-out to the support team, especially Lia. Really supportive, super responsive and responded to any problems we had the same day. I'm admittedly only a few months old on shopify. But in this time, I must have tried over 40 apps. This is the most expensive one that I pay for and completely worth the money! Even for a startup on a budget, they're completely worth it. Not only for the work, but their support is the best - by far! I would give it 6 stars! Edit: It's been more than a year on Shopify now. And we've used a lot of apps, and stopped using a lot of them. This one we've stuck with through it all though!

I used this app for Filter/Searching/Collection pages. The base level app is great to begin with, but the App support is what makes me give them 5 Stars! I can not recommend them enough. They were extremely prompt, worked with me over dozens of iterations to get the app working perfectly to what my store needed.

We're using this app to filter through hundreds of phone accessories and devices. This app really helps by sorting by manufacturer, colour, device plus stock quantities. We also needed a little custom design work doing which was completed within a couple of hours. Excellent communication, friendly staff - genuinely felt like I was talking to friends. Thank you so much, and to anyone wondering if this is the correct app to use - 100%. Would recommend to anyone!

Best app for product filters with the best customer service! Whenever I had issues, they were always prompt to reply and always fixed my issues.

Really quite easy to set up and a simple, clean interface. Most of the work is simply tagging your products with keywords, everything else is a breeze.

Customer service at its best. Im at a very early stage building my site and played around with quiet a few filter apps. Using an external theme I had to ask for support to integrate the app and I was pessimistic due to I was still in trial period. However the team has been taking care of my change request and solved all issues within 24 hours. Their customer service quality should be inspiring for all entrepeneurs and business owners. If you dont believe it, give it a try. I have meanwhile subscribed to the app and look forward to work with them in future. I like the app design and functions most and from what I have experienced so far its working extremely well. Can´t say there is anything I dont like at this point.

We required different filtering on different collections, using metafields. One support ticket later and a small customization fee and we were up and running. We had one problem after we published the theme, on a Friday night...at 8pm...on Memorial Day weekend... and I thought for sure we'd have to turn it off...but they responded instantly to my help request and fixed it! Great app, great service.

This app is really great in terms of the flexibility it gives to manage the filters and how they will look. And still if you want some customization, the support team is there for you! Just one thing that I personally didn't like was the requirement to press the "Sync" button every time we make changes to any product in order to show those changes on the front-end. There should be an auto-sync option. But apart from that, definitely recommend this app.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your concern with us! Basically, you don't have to manually sync every time you make changes to any product because the sync between our system and Shopify is automatic via a Quick Sync process. By default, the process runs every three minutes to check and update any modification you have made. Please note that all updates from a store are queued and processed one at a time so it could be a little bit delayed if there are a lot of updates (like thousands) in the queue. Very overpriced for the service provided. Lack of flexibility by the customer service. I was disappointed and I will not use this product.
