Absolutely essential for stores with large catalogues like ours. Allows selecting multiple filter options in one category which is a huge deal. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.

MAJOR FLAW! First of all I know how this goes, customer support doesn't respond with a solution to my concerns until a 1 star review is left. I will remove this review once the concern is addressed. Here is the concern: My Filter APP is causing URL structural issues as they do with every website. For instance when you select 1 or 2 options the URL is lengthy. It makes it harder to rank for certain keywords that are filter options. The issue is MASSIVE not SMALL by any means and it causes tremendous SEO problems. URL's need to be clean and my URL's are terrible. Anyone with the APP should simply look at their URL's when selection ANY filter menu options. THIS IS A PROBLEM!! There are PLENTY of other websites with filter menu options that figured out how to customize URL's and this APP doesn't offer any possible way to handle this. I'm waiting on a customized resolution. MESSY and Unnecessary URL'S are one of the most important SEO ranking issues one can encounter. I'm forced to limit my potential because of this APP and most people should be paying attention to this issue. Also don't be fooled by any response below stating they're working on fixing the problem, once my issue is fixed I'll remove the review.

We need to follow the Shopify standard URL, that it can have up to two collection levels. 2. We explain that our app is Faceted navigation and it's different with Sub-Collection. In all URLs created by our app, we all add "nofollow noindex". 3. Also, we have given out a solution which will convert the main Tag created by our filter option to the URL with the following format: collections/xxx/selected_tag. This app is great for easy to use filters. Especially like the price range option and the swatches. Customer service is also extremely helpful!

WOW!! 5 STAR App.........what great service from Marcel, who helped me make the search and filters match my shop theme...Nothing was NO every request was YES all done. This app passed my SEO issues i had with other Filter apps and i tried many...its probably worth all monthly cost if it helps customers find item quickly. The Boost support team were very patient in sorting out some design issues I had after upgrading to Boost version 2. It was all sorted to my satisfaction. Good job! Filter works well. Easily customisable for each collection. 2026 Edit: some years since I made this first review. Upgraded my Theme recently and Boost support were excellent again.

Not only does this app offer amazing functionality, it's easy to use and support is INCREDIBLE. It worked great immediately after install but I needed a few tweaks to get it looking exactly how I wanted. Their support team responded quickly and did a great job with my requests. I'm so impressed!

Product Filter & Search works like a charm. This app is a must. It's very easy to setup and to personalize. Plus, it integrates seemlessly with the other apps. And, in case you need them, the support team is fast, very competent and courteous.

The app support by BoostCommerce is second to none. Quick replies and quick fixes! My themes styling was being a bit of a nightmare to integrate the app with. The team here was always happy to help me fix them and it's my updated theme with this app has just gone live on my store. So far, the filter menu and search app is performing excellently. This app has helped us tremendously make searching our products that much easier for customers. Support were fantastic at implementing a few minor design styling changes we requested and always prompt in replying.
