I usually don't write reviews but honestly BoostCommerce has one of THE BEST customer service teams I've experienced (as a non-technical developer marketing professional). We haven't launched yet but ran into 3 issues (due to my store being in traditional Chinese, having a few products with no pricing aka "free", etc.) and they've fixed all the issues within 1-5 days (5 days because one of the issues was pretty tricky). So I gotta say, THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS. I was resigned to learning coding and doing it myself but then you guys are lifesavers!!

I love this app! It has everything my clients need to find products in our complex offerings. I can set search and limitation terms for just about anything and using this in conjunction with Shopify's bulk editor has been nothing short of amazing. Literally, any tag you apply to your products can become a search filter. There are lots of options for display and ordering and the online pre-written support sheets are helpful for the basics of set up. The support staff at Boost, especially Livia and Henry, are amazing too. I had some difficulty with the app because I am using a non-stock theme. but they were there-- and quickly-- every step of the way. Now my site looks and functions as if these search options were native. Beautiful!!! If you're using a custom theme, do make sure to test thoroughly, but have NO WORRIES because Boost will make sure you have everything you need, including some custom code to match you theme if needed. Fantastic!! I really cannot say enough good things about the app, the support, and the improvements this makes to my store.

This app is brilliant, it works very well and it's incredibly fast filtering products. However, what really shines is the support. Henry has been helping me since day one, including adding custom work to the mix. We agreed on a fee for the custom work, but, once finished, he said he could use a theme script so I didn't need to pay. On top of all the good things about these guys, they're also very honest. Happy to give a 5-start review.

What I like most is supports ability to modify our version of the app to make it work for us, for example our tags were in a non-standard format so weren't indexing properly, so they made a few tweaks and it corrected the issue

This is a very practical app that easily integrates and works with the tags of the products. It is quite configurable, and the support team is very responsive. It is positioned in the heart of our store and we trust it will serve there well. Highly recommended!

The app is great, we have large catalog with more than 30k products and it works very well. The support is really fast, professional and helpful, they solved us a problem that even shopify plus support was not able to solve. We tried other filter apps in the past but this one is really the best we tried.

A great app to use for product filters and search just as the title says. I was a bit worried with installation but, support was immensely helpful. Will D with BoostCommerce when above and beyond to get filters working as expected. This is a must have app for stores looking to expand and provide a better filter and search capability within their site. Thanks BoostCommerce!

Powerful app that is essential for any Shopify retailer. However, the support is what makes Boost stand out from the rest; we needed their assistance to integrate a customization created by another developer, and Boost worked tirelessly to ensure both apps worked side-by-side. Can't say enough good things!

We don't use all the features, but the ones we do work great. More importantly, the support is amazing. We upgraded our theme recently and had some issues getting the filters to work on mobile devices properly so reached out for some assistance. We had a response within a few hours and our issue was resolved within a day. Would highly recommend this developer to others based on the support alone (But the apps are great too!)

Fantastic support for a robust and full-featured app. We had many questions prior to purchase due to some unconventional custom requirements, and the response from BC was always quick and informative. Through the customisation process our queries were seen to promptly, with friendly follow-up contact that kept us informed about the progress being made. We are very happy to be using this app from BoostCommerce on our Shopify storefront, and highly recommend it not only because the app works well, but also because of the patience and care that the developers take in providing support for their product.

You'll never meet a more willing and flexible partner to work with. Boost has been great at making sure our existing apps were all integrated well with our instances of Product Filter and Search, and they've even committed to adding a feature to the app based on our suggestion. If you need a Product Filter app that can do almost anything, BoostCommerce is the way to go. I've tried just about all of them and BC was the ONLY product filter app that would do what I needed. Also, the support is GREAT!!!

This app together with the help provided by the devs who adapted it to our store have really changed the way our store presents itself to customers.
