Updated on Mar 15 We recently need to make some changes on this plugin for customization purpose and Tony helped us right after we emailed him. This is really an amazing company. I would give score 100 to their customer service. Talking about their product, I believe one of their big advantage over all other apps is SEO friendly, which is super important for our shopify store. Shopify has limited ability about seo optimization(all shopify stores are basically same structure, but no differences means no advantages), but this plugin's way of adding filter on collection page is the best seo friendly way I see among all filter/search plugins. This is way more important than you all imagine. Highly recommend this plugin for shopify users. ================= This is wonderful company and deals with my request so fast

Update: Just wanted to add to my previous 5-star review. Theme issues caused us to switch to a new theme, which meant setting up all the previous app customizations again. I hated to even ask, but Tony responded quickly, got it all done and working perfectly. Fantastic customer service - even after initial set-up, they're available, responsive and ready to help. **** Excellent app and Tony has provided fantastic support that went above & beyond our expectations. Responsive to every need - he made updates, set up customization and fulfilled special requests almost immediately. The filters look great and load fast. One of the many selling points is the ability to select multiple options in the filters. We tested several other apps and this is the one that checks all the boxes - features, functionality and appearance. Very happy!

Fantastic application and support. We had this app installed and running in our website in under an hour, allowing for customers to narrow the display of one of our collections by price or feature. We used the price slider option in the app and for features, we used tagging allowing the customer to checkbox what features (tags) they want to see. This is an invaluable addition to our website and significantly improves the customer experience. Relative to mobile and desktop browsing, we found the app's price slider and feature/tag selections worked perfectly on all browsers and platforms we tested with including Mac, Windows, iPhone, and ipad. In all cases, the filters displayed perfectly. We choose to keep the filters collapsed (a configuration option) so that users can choose to use them by clicking on them or can ignore them. In that way, the filters take-up almost no screen real estate. We contacted the developer with a general question and they responded in 24 hours, accessed our account with our permission, and went above-and-beyond to educate us.

Great app for product filtering, works well on our store after making a small adjustment to prevent the products loading twice (before and after the app loads on Collections). Aaron was especially helpful with setup on our four stores. Highly recommended.

Great App. I had some issues to make it work with Venture Theme but they make it work within 24h. It could be greater if there were more possibilities to play with "and" and "or" requests but overall it's a great app and my shopify couldn't live without it :)

We tested a number of filtering apps before settling on this one. Quite simply we found it to be by far the best for our needs. What we also found after installing was that the customer support was second to none. We needed quite a lot of customisation and adaptation to make it fit with some unique ways that our site functions, and also to make it interact with another app. Tony and Rose were very quick and responsive to our requests and implemented everything we needed diligently to perfection. We cannot find fault with the app or the customer support. Excellent all round! Highly recommend.

This app is a must-have if you have a lot of products. Very easy to use and implement. It looks great in our template and most importantly IT WORKS. Customer service is outstanding. They are very responsive and helped us customize the app to our specific needs. *UPDATE* They've added even more amazing features like icons and swatches in the filter menu that make our small business website stand up to the big boys. Love love love this app!!! Worth every penny and then some.

Tony and Rose Mary are not only super fast at replying to customers, they are great at solving problems. Their app is very versatile, and the tech team made customizations just for us, which we appreciated very much. This is a great app, and great customer service as well.

This app is great and anyone with a retail store should have this. The support is fast and managed to get all requests working. Very much worth the monthly subscription fee. Thanks to Tony and Rose for all their efforts and support!

We had switched from another app to this one, mainly to be able to select multiple items within a filter category. However, there were other limitations that made us decide to switch back. One, in particular, was how the category scrolling worked on mobile. It puts a scroll within a scroll right down the middle, making for some awkwardness in thumbing through a collection page. Also having to manually customize filter categories is problematic where dynamic updating of new categories is needed. Customer support was responsive, though delayed, and then it disappeared when we tried to drill down further into our needs. All that said, I do appreciate the work of app developers like this one...and in fact this still may be the filter app for you. It just wasn't for us.

We've been running the filter app for over 2 months now. We had a bit of a rocky start getting the filter auto sync to work properly due to the size and complexity of our store, but we finally have everything stable and running. Support from Tony and his team has been fantastic. They customized the filters to our exact specifications and they continue to make fixes and changes as they arise.If you want the ability to have product filters that allow you to select multiple attributes at once (ex: show me Small and Large sizes) this is the best app available in my opinion. Solid app, great support, decent price.
