I have yet to utilise this app fully but give 5 stars for the prompt assistance in setting it up. I was having some issues getting the badges to show up and Mike sorted it on the spot.
Liking the app so far. Had a little hiccup but got it figured out pretty quick with the help from the support.
So far so good! Just uploaded the app and seems really easy to use. I did have a bit of an issue with one of the labels not showing but after a quick chat with Mike he was able to sort in just a few minutes.
It's my first time using this plugin, so I don't understand many of the features. As a beginner, there’s a lot I’m unfamiliar with, but the customer support has been very helpful and friendly. Thanks again!
Die App ist sehr benutzerfreundlich. Labels und Abzeichen lassen sich einfach erstellen und dem Onlineshop hinzufügen. Das ganze ist zudem kostenlos. Bei Fragen hilft der Support schnell und unkompliziert weiter. Ich kann die App nur weiterempfehlen.
GREAT app + THE BEST customer service. The experience has been great so far. The application works well and it's very helpful. I had a little issue installing a label and even though we are not in the same time zone they contacted me as soon as they could and they were very patient with me and also very fast.

Besonders positiv: Ein kleines Problem bei der Implementierung von Badges & Labels wurde innerhalb weniger Minuten vom engagierten Support-Team (schnell erreichbar via Live-Chat) gelöst. Top Service, weiter so!
No customer service, tried for two days to get a label to work for my website. No bueno!
On behalf of the whole team, I sincerely apologize for the bad experience you have had with our app. However, we could not find out any chat record or inquiry email you sent to us regarding this matter.. So it's really hard for us to know that you were having issues with the app and provide support. I believe there is a misunderstanding here.. I really hope you can re-consider and give us another chance to support you. Once again, we're truly sorry for the unpleasant feeling you may have when using our app and experiencing our service!
