BSS Product Labels & Badges is a very powerful product labeling app that makes it easy for brand e-commerce businesses to categorize products with labels. The app’s configuration options are highly detailed. Whether it’s styling or conditional settings, almost every aspect is covered, fully meeting the labeling needs of brand e-commerce stores. Moreover, the BSS support team is extremely professional, providing prompt and expert assistance. In particular, Sean is very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and responds efficiently. We had a great experience with their customer service and are very grateful to Sean :)

Sean, Lucie and team were amazing! I had difficulties getting the desired label up on our products and they went in and corrected for us so we got the solution we were looking for. Overall, the app is easy to use and the team is extremely helpful.

Great customer service and exactly what we needed! We initially ran into a conflict with another app, but the BSS team resolved it very fast—updating their app code within a day. Highly recommend!

Really simple and easy to use app, very helpful for creating simple product labels for sale periods etc. Sometimes requires a bit of trial and error to make sure labels are displayed properly on destkop and mobile, but otherwise great.

Very good app, but what would make it perfect is if... if there is a 10%, 25%, 50%, etc group of badge/labels, there needs to be matching 5%, 15%, 20%, 30%, etc (you get the point) - basically ever 5 step percentage should be matching. For my BFCM sale, I had 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% discounts, but there was not one single "family library" of the same/similar icons that had all these percentages (I think maybe the super generic ones had them all). Anyway, having mismatched icons didn't look overly professional IMO. Yes, I could make my own, or find my own.. but that's why I'm paying for an app - to not do that. Another strange occurrence happened. When I used a bulk-price app to change my prices, BSS recognized those when I used the percentage rules in BSS. But, when I changed the price manually, and changed the compared to price manually (discounting by 30%) the BSS 30% rule didn't pick those 2 products up as being discounted by 30%. Not sure what that was all about. Anyway, very very good app. I just would want to see a complete family libraries of 5% through 100% off (ever 5th percentage step), and matching "SALE," 'Buy X, Get X," "Flash Sale!" icons that could be used to match the 5%-100% icons. Make true families of icons.

At first I was a little skeptical as I had already tried out at least 5 other companies and wasn't impressed with the product or the service... however, I initially had some configuration issues when I first installed the app but the BSS team was super responsive and went above and beyond to get the badges and labels looking great and even did some special customizations for me that were excellent. I would highly recommend BSS for badges and labels!!!

I have installed a couple of these label & badge apps on trial to test out and haven't found one as well integrated as BSS. Their admin panel works fantastically well and gives you a slew of options for adjustment/conditions etc. They do dangle the carrot a bit by only offering the fully customizable options that you really really want within their top plan, but thats just good business in my books! Their support service is also great. They were able to fix some small issues with how the labels fit on my themes product pages quickly. Thanks to Sean for his support!

If you need to add labels and badges to your Shopify products, look no further—this app is exactly what you need. It offers plenty of customization options and works seamlessly with Shopify. I ran into an compatibility issue with another app and reached out to their support team. They resolved it within a few hours. Excellent customer service! What more could you ask for?
