Top rate service, within 10 minutes of contacting them for help, Jennie and the technician Nhat Hoang Ngoc were able to resolve the issue I was having. This is great as there is no messing about having to rewrite code, just sign in using your Shopify url and everything is linked. I have only created a label but it was simple to do and to attach to the products.

Highly recommend the app. Did exactly what I needed on my site. Had a little issue on initial install. But contacted support, and Jennie and the technician, Hieu Vu Minh where quickly to my aid, and corrected the issue immediately. That's what you call "Good Customer Service" in a time when its not really given anymore! Thank You

Easy to use, rich with functionality and above all - Absolutely GREAT support team! I like how the labels load fast and sharp and that there are so many options to set conditions (by collection, by specific tags, include, exclude etc...). Jolie Nguyen from support team and Hoang Ngoc Nhat from Dev team were able to quickly and professionally assist me with some minor issues I had. I recommend it to anyone looking for a straight forward, easy to use and reliable app. This app totally deserves 5 stars!

10/5 stars!! I had some technical issues with the integration of this app with my theme which caused some product labels to not show up properly. I contacted the support and got a response within minutes from Jennie! She quickly identified the issues and sent over a task to their tech guy Ninh Nguyen Van. After just a few moments the issue was resolved and now everything seems to be working perfectly. I've been running Shopify stores for the last 5 years and have used countless apps since the beginning but this has to be the absolute best experience when it comes to customer care. Keep up the good work. This app will play a crucial part in showing our different offers properly to our customers. I could not be any happier!

I'm so happy with this app! Now we can show off NEW items or STAFF FAVES or whatever we want to highlight with a badge that shows up exactly where we want, and nowhere we don't want it to show. This feature is not native to shopify, maybe some themes offer it, I don't know. But I was able to design my own set of badges and then put them on whatever products I wanted. It's just perfect. I needed a little customer support and Tran Duc Nam and Jennie were SO quick and helpful. I'm a huge fan.

I think BSS label app is really the top best! Here is my using experience: Firstly, I was impressed with the app's interface and ease of use. Creating labels and badges for my products was straightforward, and I appreciated the variety of options available to customize the design and placement of the badges. However, when I encountered issues with displaying the badges correctly on my international site pages, I was initially concerned about the level of support I would receive. Fortunately, Jolie Nguyen's prompt and friendly response put my worries to rest. She was quick to address my questions and concerns, and her enthusiasm for the app was evident. Moreover, Jolie and dev Nguyen Van Ninh's technical expertise and patience in fixing the display issue were commendable. They took the time to understand my site's configuration and worked tirelessly to ensure that the badges were showing up correctly on all pages. I also appreciated their willingness to help with CSS modifications to achieve the desired look for my badges. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Product Labels & Badges app. The app is user-friendly, and customizable, and provides a range of options to add labels and badges to products.
