Great app that adds labels to our store. it integrates with their wizard, one click, i believe edits your theme files with code or there is an app-embed option. We use the integration function - BSS said there is no performance difference in either case. Jena was great with customer services / answering questions.

We have just installed this app on our third shopify store. Works really well, simple to use, and love the option to apply based on Product Tags, which means our badges are customised to show the attributes of our products. Support as always from the BSS team is great, on time and although a little tweaking is needed to get it to display correctly in our theme, the BSS team and Jena take care of it all for us.

I've been using the app for 3 weeks now and I'm really happy with it. We haven't been able to use the badges on the specific variants but that's because we've had some custom work done on our product pages. Bummer, but I can work around it. The app is simple to use and does what I need it to. Great support from Jolie. She's been there for me any time I needed some help.

The app didn’t work for me as it created a conflict with my product filter app. Since I made a backup of my theme, I was able to revert to that after uninstalling the app. I recommend you make a backup before trying it. Their tech support reached out, offering to take a look.

In this case, if there might some leftover code of our app on your theme, we can for sure help you to remove them all. Also, regarding the conflict, it's really hard for us to be compatible with filter apps since normally, they are rendered by JS on your theme in which we cannot add our code there to make our app work. Top rate service, within 10 minutes of contacting them for help, Jennie and the technician Nhat Hoang Ngoc were able to resolve the issue I was having. This is great as there is no messing about having to rewrite code, just sign in using your Shopify url and everything is linked. I have only created a label but it was simple to do and to attach to the products.

Easy to use, rich with functionality and above all - Absolutely GREAT support team! I like how the labels load fast and sharp and that there are so many options to set conditions (by collection, by specific tags, include, exclude etc...). Jolie Nguyen from support team and Hoang Ngoc Nhat from Dev team were able to quickly and professionally assist me with some minor issues I had. I recommend it to anyone looking for a straight forward, easy to use and reliable app. This app totally deserves 5 stars!

Out of principle, I never rate 4 stars, but I can say it is almost a 5 star rating because the help I received was almost instant and the communication was very easy with the support team. Jolie and Cao helped me resolve the bug like issue on my store front that came with the label. Very useful app and it has diverse settings so I liked it. Thank for helping me :)

10/5 stars!! I had some technical issues hiding the badges on some placements and Jena from the support immediately came to my assistance and sent over a request to the developer team. I've been running Shopify stores for the last 5 years and have used countless apps since the beginning but this has to be the absolute best experience when it comes to customer care.
