I'm so happy with this app! Now we can show off NEW items or STAFF FAVES or whatever we want to highlight with a badge that shows up exactly where we want, and nowhere we don't want it to show. This feature is not native to shopify, maybe some themes offer it, I don't know. But I was able to design my own set of badges and then put them on whatever products I wanted. It's just perfect. I needed a little customer support and Tran Duc Nam and Jennie were SO quick and helpful. I'm a huge fan.

I think BSS label app is really the top best! Here is my using experience: Firstly, I was impressed with the app's interface and ease of use. However, when I encountered issues with displaying the badges correctly on my international site pages, I was initially concerned about the level of support I would receive. Fortunately, Jolie Nguyen's prompt and friendly response put my worries to rest. She was quick to address my questions and concerns, and her enthusiasm for the app was evident. Moreover, Jolie and dev Nguyen Van Ninh's technical expertise and patience in fixing the display issue were commendable. They took the time to understand my site's configuration and worked tirelessly to ensure that the badges were showing up correctly on all pages. I also appreciated their willingness to help with CSS modifications to achieve the desired look for my badges. I install the Product Label & Badge app from BSS Commerce, it's been a great addition to my business. Not only does it have everything I need to create custom badges and labels for my products, but the customer support has been fantastic as well. I had some trouble installing the app on my Focal theme, but thanks to the quick and efficient support from Jennie and Nguyen Van Ninh, the issue was resolved in no time. They were both very responsive and helpful, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Once the app was up and running, I was impressed with the range of options available to me. I was able to create custom labels and badges to highlight certain features or promotions, and the process was straightforward and easy to understand. The app is perfect for adding extra pop to our occasional sales - a little bit glitchy but the support team are wonderful and handle your requests with ease, and very quickly! Support team Jena Nguyen, along with devs Tran Duc Nam and Nguyen Van Ninh, fixed our issues within a few hours. Jena was very helpful and responsive, and kept me updated throughout the dev changes. We use the Labels to show which products are included in certain sales, and the badges to provide further info, T&Cs of the sale, etc within the actual product. * 4/5 stars for the platform, 5/5 stars for the support team!

Thanks to Jennie as supporter and her technicians Tran Duc Nam and Nguyen Kim Tung. Never had service and support like this before dont hesitate to install this app, they will help you with any issue! I dont had problems with functions or anything just some positions and crossings of some lables. This app is really easy to understand and is equipped with a lot of functions and settings. I added all lables which i needed for my page because of many other apps and bugs from theme i contacted them to help with some positions. In case of this enquiry it was not just a help they fixed all things and customized some special features for me! Every day I got an answer to my questions also feedback when they needed more time! About Jennie's questions, only thing what would be a really cool feature update, if your lables also available for the basket would be really cool, because i could say to the customer hey look your product is availalbe and promote buying. For now im really happy with the result! Thanks again for you work and great support.

This app is easy to use! I had a wonderful experience with the app. And even more with the support team. We had a few minor issues trying to make the app compatible. The first time, I created a badge and it works excellent in all pages but in the product page didn´t work. So I contacted via Live chat for assistance in making the badge good at the product page. I assumed the time zone difference would cause a little delay in response but to my surprise, I received a text from Jennie - my main support and a follow up email afterwards. With the quick support of the tech guy Dinh Trong Linh - who spent hours making the theme compatible with the app, all problems were completely solved. Now I can put the badge anywhere I want (below quantity box, below product name, etc). I really like the feature as well as the available position of the badge since it makes discounts info more obvious to customers. The app is easy to use and flexible, I have been able to add multiple campaigns with. Thank you all for all the help with custom coding and fixing all issues fast.

This app is great for product labels and badges - the interface is really user friendly and the support team are quick to respond with any styling issues I've encountered. For example, I had an issue with the visibility of a badge on my new Shopify theme - Jennie quickly responded and escalated with Cao Nam Truong from the dev team. Within 30 minutes, the issue was fixed! Again, on a separate occasion, Jennie and Nguyen Kim Tung responded quickly and gave great support and answered any questions I had. Thank you for a brilliant app and responsive service!

I installed BSS app on the Shopify Dawn theme, there were a few issues regarding display positions etc so as suggested by themselves I contacted support. Jena Nguyen was very prompt, friendly and helpful in her reply and with the help of their developer, Nguyen Van Ninh all issues were quickly resolved. Jena gave detailed and clear information on the fixes and offered more help if needed. The app is useful to highlight information and to indicate discounts and brands. I consider it to be fairly priced.

Jolie Nguyen and Dinh Trong Linh were incredibly helpful sorting out the label sizing for me! I sent a request for help late on a Friday afternoon and the response was still prompt and the team sorted out labels for me on Monday just as they said that they would. This has helped me increase the traffic to those pieces on the website that are low stock which is exactly what I was hoping for so thank you so muchJolie Nguyen & Dinh Trong Linh for you efforts!

We are using this app on 3 stores, it is the only app we have found that allows the flexibility we need. Both with positions of display an on setting up the conditions of display. A little bit tricky getting it to work with our theme, but the BSS team is great to work with and patiently receive all our requests for 'tweaking' or help! Big thanks to Jena Nguyen, and the dev team Nguyen Van Ninh and Tran Duc Nam

fantastic tool for highlighting products and promotions on our Shopify store. It’s super easy to use, with a clean interface and lots of customisation options. The support team is outstanding, specially Sean, quick to respond and very helpful with any questions or tweaks. Highly recommend!
