After using this app over a month, i would rate it as 1 star or below as a matter of fact - the labels randomly changes sizes without even you knowing and it costed us aot of sales recently as the labels across all the products were covering literally the whole product images - not letting customer view the actual product image - and it only happened only on mobile devices. would not recommend this app - get a better option out there if you can

Been using this app for a while now and so far absolutely cannot fault it at all. Recently had a slight hiccup where a label was showing incorrectly on a featured product block on our home page, however after reaching out to the support team, Jena Nguyen was extremely helpful and quick at lending a hand and Nguyen Kim Tung was able to fix our issue in less than a day. Jena, was also great at keeping me in the loop and updating me as to how the issue was being handled.

I have installed this application on the websites I have administered so far. I had a hard time installing and selecting Labels and badges, so I contacted the support team, and Jennie was a supporter who helped me. It was amazing, she guided me through every little detail, from how to upload the label, how to edit the size of the label, the position of the label and so much more. She was always available and answered all of my questions whenever I needed them. After choosing the label, there was a little problem with my label and Jennie quickly fixed it. She is one of the very dedicated, friendly, and knowledgeable facilitators I have worked with. I also want to thank the dev Nguyen Kim Tung for solving my problem quickly. I thought it would be done in a couple of hours but he fixed them in just an hour. Now that the label is showing up well on my store, hopefully, it will let my customers know about the Bye 2 Get 1 Free program so we can increase sales. Once again, many thanks to Jennie and the support team! Great app!

"I've been using this app to create labels on my store for a while, and everything seems to be fine, I also can see the app has developed some new features for users, like it a lot! I can set up the stickers easily, and everything is well-guided. They also provide a detailed user guide for everyone. The app is also very user-friendly, it's easy to set up everything and you can even get help from support at any time. Recently I had a small problem where the label was showing over the store menu, and I contacted support and got immediate help from Jena. She solved the problem quite quickly and helped me forward the problem to the technician guy - Dinh Trong Linh. He helped me solve the problem quickly. Thanks to the team for the quick and professional way of working. I am satisfied with the app Product Labels & Badges and especially with the quality of support service of BSS Commerce. I had an issue with the app and they fixed it within the hour. I had an email back to my support ticket within minutes from Jena Nguyen and he then contacted the dev Nguyen Van Ninh. Between them both they fixed the issue and understood exactly what I was asking to be done. I can recommend the app and the support is great.

We have been using the Product labels app for quite some time. This is a great app that is easy to use and deliver as promised… We tested a few more apps with the same function, but decided to use the app from BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready-made labels, and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. This application is easier to add and display labels than others I used among various English-based applications on the Shopify app store. I recommend this application to whom need no/low coded and fancy designed. It is easy enough to understand tools and functions. I have contacted customer service I have some issues. Customer support, Jena Nquyen, has been checking fully and supporting me very nicely. Also, the response of her team was quick and they were very supportive I really appreciate their support. In conclusion, I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more. Thanks, BSS Commerce team

We have used the Pro version and we're happy with the options offered. I'd suggest adding more badges for regional campaigns that are getting popular in SE Asia like: 11.11 Sale, 9.9 Sale etc, National Day Sale etc. After I installed the app, the labels did not display properly. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Jena Nguyen and the dev Phan Thanh Son solved the issue quickly. Creating your own labels is very easy and they look professional. Overall, I recommend using this app.

This app does exactly what it says it will. We have the top-level plan and it is straightforward and easy to use. After initially installing it, we did have an issue with a conflicting app that was preventing labels from displaying properly. Jena and Tran were able to solve the problem efficiently and effectively though - within 24 hours of reporting the issues, they were fixed. The app is now running perfectly on our site and we are very happy with it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to display labels and badges on their products.

I installed this app on our store, we had some layout issues as our theme was not 100% compatible, but this was no issue at all. The team at BSS Commerce were very quick to reply via chat and help me out. Jena Nguyen arranged for her developer Nguyen Khac Hiep to jump into our shopify admin and fix the issue promptly. The app is now working and performing perfectly with no issues. I am very happy with the team and service that I received and I can not recommend this app more.
