I have four stores, and I install this app in each of them to enhance product display and increase sales. This program does exactly what it says it will. We have a straightforward, easy-to-implement high-level strategy. When we first installed it, there was a conflicting issue with our theme that was preventing labels from showing up correctly on the product page. Jena is my main support in regards to all stores. Within 24 hours of the issue being reported, she and the technician guy - Tran Duc Nam were able to report quickly and effectively solve it. On our website, the app is currently operating flawlessly, and we are very happy with it. It's incredibly simple to make your own labels, and they look great. Support is also excellent, and all issues were resolved quickly. I really appreciate their assistance. I can't express how pleased I am with the team and service I received enough to recommend this app. In my opinion, anyone who wants to display labels and badges on their items should use the app.

I'm currently trying the product labels and badges app for Shopify. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides VIP support service for all customers. I contacted BSS to get support as I have some questions about the features. Nice Explanation, everything they explained very well...A good job always. I asked them for Positioning the badge & Jena helped me. There are a few things to say about Jena, she handled my issue pretty quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly. To evaluate the app is quite easy to use, I can almost install it easily through the user guide is written quite detailed, however, I still wish they develop more features and more stickers available in the future. I will definitely try the app on my other stores. Concluding that the app is worth using and above all good support service for all customers. Recommend! Thanks Jena and the team again fo the help. Easy to use, fast support, and looks good on the website without affecting site speed. Lots of customisation options, plus you can make your own labels.

There were some settings issues I ran into that needed to be solved, so I reached out to support and I immediately got help from Jolie Nguyen and web dev Tran Duc Nam. They have helped me straight away. The app is very easy to use and you can easily upload your own labels using your own designs here. Definitely recommend!

The Product Labels and Badges app is easy to use! We can create labels and badges so fast with this app, it really helps us to reduce time on designing our product image. I had a bit of confusion when creating a label and choosing between the variant(s) condition and specific product(s) condition, so I couldn't create it successfully the first time. The couple reached out to BSS's support team, and Jolie helped me differentiate and gave me a very detailed guide to creating a complete label for me. She was able to solve the problem quickly and effectively; the difficulties were resolved so fast. After that, we have some issues with the display of the labels. And Jolie, with their developer Tran Duc Nam supported me in resolving this issue quickly and professionally. On our website, the app is now functioning nicely, and we are pleased with it. I sincerely appreciate their assistance. I'd suggest using labels and badges if you want to display them on your merchandise. Highly recommended!

I had a couple issues at first but then both Jolie and dev Nguyen Kim Tung jumped in and corrected my theme so that my custom badges displayed properly on both desktop and mobile. I tried 4-5 other options and this was the cleanest / easiest to use option. Highly recommend to try this app for labeling needs.

Nevertheless it may seems as a basic and simple app, it does everything that is expected to do… and much more!!!! The app is fast, robust and effective, something really appreciated on these times, where many of the apps begin to fail when you push the envelope on them or you test them on a theme that is just a little modified. Anyone will be delighted not only with the app but with the support. I have requested support a couple of times because of specific usages I want to give to the app and Jennie has been outstanding! In a moment of time I thought she was working on my company as she was more concerned an advocated to solve the problem than anyone else. Even though we are currently using the free plan for Product Labels & Badges, I received great customer service from Jena Nguyen. She pulled the developer, Tran Duc Nam, in to assist and they resolved my issue speedily. I can now accomplish some things on my website that I couldn't accomplish before.

Product Labels and Badges is an excellent app with helping to clearly show customers which products are on sale, new items, clearance items or any other way you need to mark products to catch the customers attention. A great feature of the app is being able to select specific products or choose products by collection. It's also nice to have the ability to upload your own custom badge. The app was extremely easy to set up and when we did experience a slight issue with a conflict with our theme, both Jena Nguyen and Tran Duc Nam were very helpful and fixed the issue promptly. All in all it's a very useful app to help generate extra sales and increase conversion rate.

We had some issues with the app working on our theme but Jennie was incredibly helpful in getting all the issues resolved quickly.

Great app for creating and customizating product labels at a low price. Very easy to install and use. Thanks to Jennie and dev Dinh Trong Linh’s help we’ve managed to integrate the app very fast and start our Christmas campaign with wonderful labels on our products. One of my favorite features is the ability to set when the labels will be displayed automatically. Overall, I highly recommend the Product Labels & Badges app to anyone looking to add a little extra flair to their product pages. It's a great tool that's easy to use and really enhances the shopping experience for customers.

Very happy with this app. We've been able to add a Made in Canada logo to a bunch of our products so that customers can easily find the locally made products. We've also used it to create product banners so that customers can find sale items and best-sellers. It's been really helpful to get certain products to stand out. We also had an issue with how the badges were showing up in our collection pages but thankfully Jennie and Jennie and Nguyen Kim Tung were quick to help me fix it. It's easy to use and the support team is incredible!
